We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing volunteer to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests!
Your main role will be welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and making everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive. More than anything, we're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people from all over the world and loves creating a fun, social atmosphere!

Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.

Verwaltung: Hilf bei Buchungssystemen und Zahlungen.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Programmdetails

Your tasks may include:

Welcoming guests and providing a great first impression.
Assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
Managing reservations and answering guest inquiries.
Organising or joining social activities with guests.
Helping guests discover the best local attractions, restaurants, and surf spots.
Keeping common areas inviting and social.

Bonus skills (not required, but we'd love them!):

Painting or decorating to help improve the hostel.
Teaching yoga or leading wellness activities.
Photography, content creation, or social media.
Arts, crafts, or other creative talents.
Enjoying hostel life, socialising, and joining guests for events or nights out.

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, positive, and approachable.
Responsible and reliable.
Comfortable speaking English.
Independent but enjoys working as part of a team.
Happy to live in a social hostel environment.
Ready to bring good energy and help create amazing memories for our guests.
