We're a small hostel chain on Lake Como, with properties in Menaggio and nearby along the lake. Our guests come from all over the world, and our hostels are known for their social, laid-back atmosphere — lake-view terraces, bars, and shared moments between travellers.

We're looking for a digital-savvy volunteer to help us in two areas:

📸 Social media Create photos, stories and content that capture everyday life at the hostel — the lake, the activities, the people passing through.

📱 Digital tools testing We're building some new digital tools to make life easier for guests and staff. We'd love your honest feedback as a real user, and your help keeping guest activities alive on the platform (posting things like shared walks, dinners, happy hours).

You don't need to be a developer — just comfortable with social media, content creation, and digital apps in general.

Depending on the season, the collaboration may take place at more than one of our properties along the lake.

In your free time, you're free to explore: kayaking, hiking, cycling, ferries to Bellagio and Varenna, or just relaxing on the terrace with other travellers.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

In exchange for accommodation and meals, we ask for around 15–20 hours per week of help (flexible, spread across the week — not fixed daily shifts). Days off can be arranged together depending on the season and property needs.

- Content creation for Instagram/social media (photos, reels, stories) — a few hours a week
- Testing our new digital guest platform and reporting bugs/feedback
- Helping keep guest social activities active on the app (posting/promoting walks, dinners, happy hours)
- Occasional support at guest-facing social moments (aperitivo, events) where useful content naturally happens

Regeln

- Respect quiet hours (11:00 PM–8:00 AM) and general house rules, same as our guests
- No smoking indoors (outdoor areas only)
- We ask for a minimum stay of 1 month
- Open to everyone, including non-EU citizens
