Programmdetails

Our program is focused on hospitality, tourism and guest experience on the beautiful coast of Bahia. Volunteers will join our team and have the opportunity to interact with travelers from Brazil and around the world, learn about local tourism and help us create memorable experiences for our guests. We value communication, initiative, responsibility and a positive attitude.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Activities include welcoming and interacting with guests, introducing local experiences and attractions, helping organize the guest experience area, providing basic information to visitors and supporting our team with daily tourism activities. Shifts are organized in advance so volunteers can balance their responsibilities with free time to explore the region.

Regeln

We expect volunteers to be punctual, responsible and respectful with guests and team members. A friendly and professional attitude is essential, as you’ll be interacting with visitors in a hospitality environment. Please respect agreed schedules, take good care of shared spaces and equipment, and communicate with the team whenever you need help or have any questions.
