Join Qhia during one of our peak cultural weeks! Help us plan and host a special Mexican Night with decorations, games, piñata, music, dancing and a community potluck. You'll help create a warm, inclusive atmosphere, connect international guests and bring the event to life. We're looking for someone creative, organized, social and comfortable bringing people together.

Programmdetails

Special Events & Community — approx. 22 hours/week

Your main role is to help plan, prepare and host Qhia's special community event during your stay.

Planning & preparation: Help develop the event experience, organize games and activities, prepare decorations, coordinate materials and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Event setup: Help decorate and prepare the common areas, piñata, games, music and community spaces.

Event day: Help host the experience, welcome and connect guests, coordinate activities and keep the atmosphere warm, inclusive and fun.

Community: Spend time connecting international guests, introducing people and encouraging participation in Qhia's community activities.

After the event: Help with basic event breakdown and organization.

Hours are flexible and distributed throughout the week according to event preparation. The event week may have longer shifts, balanced with lighter preparation days.

Sunday is a rest day.

Turnos

Approx. 22 hours per week, with flexible shifts depending on event preparation. Hours may be concentrated around special event days, with lighter shifts before and after. Sunday is a rest day.
