My volunteer experience was very nice! Hilke and her kids are lovely and super friendly, they welcomed me with open arms into their home. We needed some time to get adjusted and figure out what my tasks were gonna be exactly since I was the first volunteer here. But we managed to come to an arrangement of tasks, which were mostly gardening, cleaning and maintaining the apartments and swimming pool and helping around the house with cooking and the dishes. Sometimes the communication about how things were supposed to go could've been a little better, since in some moments I was a bit confused.
