Ha sido una gran experiencia formar parte de la familia Hostal el hostel. Adrian como anfitrión organizó un buen itinerario de actividades para mí y siempre se mostró respetuoso, amable y disponible si necesitaba ayuda en algo. Me sentí querida y respetada por todos, pude socializar y practicar los idiomas que sé mientras organizaba las actividades que me fueron asignadas. El espacio destinado para Worldpacker ha sido cómodo y también tuve tiempo para explorar la ciudad. Sin duda lo recomiendo como un lugar seguro y agradable para los futuros worldpackers.

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel. Everyone was so friendly and happy to help. The location is amazing and the activities are great when everyone gets involved. The fact you get your own space within your 'box' bed is also great to get some privacy but also have a hostel feel. I would highly recommend anyone who's looking to volunteer in the hostel to do so at the hostel.

Literally the nicest hostel is brand new and more like a boutique hotel. The staff is so nice and treat you like family. I've never had a problem with scheduling and every time I suggested a change the manager was more than willing to do so. I legitimately would have stayed longer if I didn't have another experience booked. It's also a great location close to so much and transport. I have zero complaints ☺️

Si son mujeres no lo recomiendo en dos ocasiones me sentí irrespetada por uno de los trabajadores, un señor ya viejo con comentarios que hizo y luego cubría como *broma", no sentía que valía la pena hablarlo con el host porque es hombre y no fue tan atento (en ese momento solo quería irme) No sentí un ambiente tan cómodo como pensé, el lugar es muy cuidado y bonito lxs huéspedes son personas hermosas muy amables y me llevo varixs amistades de ahí

Die Kommunikation ist in jedem Umfeld ein grundlegender Bestandteil. Wir tolerieren keinerlei Respektlosigkeit gegenüber irgendjemandem. In jedem Fall danke ich dir für dein fehlendes Engagement im Hostal.

It was my first experience as a volunteer and I was really excited. My excitement didn't last. Adrian has poor communication skills I never knew what I had to do and when, the plans were changing often and buckle up, he asked us to be flexible which for him meant sending us messages to work last minute and us bending to his order. We are volunteers, we're here to experience, travel, immerse ourselves. I was supposed to work on Saturday for a tour, it didn't happen because we didn't have enough people, I wasn't working so I left for the weekend and I got fired for it, he blamed me for the tour

Wir brauchen keine unentschlossenen Leute im Hostel, tut mir leid, aber du schienst eher daran interessiert zu sein, in einer anderen Stadt zu sein als hier :( :(

This hostel is a beauty And the people working there are amazing They're gonna take care of you and you're needs, as much as they're gonna help you enjoy your trip. Everything can be talked and discussed, and the task we have to do are pretty fun. I was in charge of the walking tour and enjoyed it a lot. All of them make you feel welcomed. Plus it has a perfect location to visit all the cool stuff and enjoy all the best parties. 10/10 recommend 🫶🏻

The hostel is super clean, modern and comfortable and well located and the team are all very friendly. I got very sick the first week and the host was understanding and supportive when I couldn't work. Sometimes we would be asked to work last minute and hours weren't communicated clearly enough but the host was understanding when we couldn't work last minute. Also I struggled not speaking Spanish here, it's great practice but I'd definitely recommend knowing a little Spanish beforehand! Overall it was a great first volunteer experience.

Definitely the facilities and the location of the Hostel are the best. The first 2 weeks since I arrived the hostel wasn't even open yet, so there wasn't many activities to do. I really enjoyed the city in general cause the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the central square are a just a few blocks away. I wasn't really able to connect that much with other travelers but we had a great time with the rest of the volunteers. The activities weren't very clear at the beginning but they always respected the number of hours and days of work.

The hostel is the hostel so a lot of the things were badly communicated/very unclear. Some of it wasn't the host's fault, for example there weren't many guests yet, meaning not many activities to organize or things to do in general. But sometimes they would tell me 1-2 hours before that they needed me to work, meaning I had to reschedule/cancel plans/say no. The hostel is absolutely beautiful, they put a lot of thought into detail and it is very comfortable. It was also harder for me because I am not fluent in Spanish and some of the staff doesn't speak English and the main people aren't fluent

Viele Worldpackers haben sich kürzlich auf diese Stelle beworben. Der Host wird wahrscheinlich nicht auf alle Bewerbungen antworten können, daher empfehlen wir dir, dich auch bei anderen Hosts in unserer Gemeinschaft zu bewerben und nicht nur bei diesem :)
