Ich denke, diese zwei Monate waren einige der besten Zeiten meines Lebens. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, vollständig in die Kultur einzutauchen, zu lernen, wie die Vietnamesen leben, und zu schönen Orten zu reisen. Miss Hay und das Personal waren immer sehr freundlich und nett. Etwas, das ich mir immer erinnern werde, ist, dass ich während dieser Freiwilligenarbeit eine Familie geschaffen habe — sowohl mit den anderen Freiwilligen als auch mit den Vietnamesen, die wir getroffen haben.

Ich habe die Zeit meines Lebens damit verbracht, in diesem Programm Freiwilligenarbeit zu leisten. Unterrichten war eine so lohnende Erfahrung, und jenseits des Unterrichts habe ich es sehr genossen, in die vietnamesische Kultur einzutauchen. Vom Teilen von Mahlzeiten und Traditionen bis zur Erkundung des täglichen Lebens habe ich eine echte Wertschätzung für die Freundlichkeit, Wärme und Großzügigkeit der Menschen gewonnen, die ich hier getroffen habe. Dieses Programm hat mir Erinnerungen und Freundschaften gegeben, die ich für immer mitnehmen werde, und ich bin wirklich dankbar für diese Gelegenheit. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der eine sinnvolle Auslandserfahrung sucht.

Meine Erfahrung mit VCV war erstaunlich. Seit dem ersten Tag habe ich mich willkommen gefühlt und aufgeregt. Ich könnte mir nie vorstellen, eine bessere Möglichkeit zu finden, meine Sommerferien zu verbringen, als nach VCV zu kommen und die echte vietnamesische Erfahrung zu erleben. Ich möchte Frau Hay für all die Unterstützung und das Verständnis danken, und dem Manager Thu danken, dass er eine so aufrichtige und hilfsbereite Person ist. Wenn Sie erwägen, nach Vietnam zu kommen, ist dies definitiv der Ort, um es zu tun.

Really great experience at VCV, you can truly immerse yourself in the culture and meet with so many locals! They provide lesson plans to the school with which is a great help!

I am so grateful for my experience at VCV! Teaching here was the best possible decision I could've made! I was teaching both adults and children every week which was truly a valuable learning experience trying to navigate all sorts of levels of the school age groups. The social experience is one of the most impactful parts of VCV because you're able to not only get to know all of your students and other students at VCV, but also all of the VCV Staff, VCV Partners, and the other VCV Volunteers. It was insanely difficult to leave my VCV Family and Vietnam as a whole. I hope to be back soon! :)

VCV is an amazing experience. From the beginning you are welcomed into the VCV family and a homely environment. The schedule is very flexible and there is an all-rounded structure to help enhance your experience as a teacher. The students are engaging and willing to learn and there is constant communication and support when needed from Ms Hay and other members. I would love to come back to VCV in the near future and do it all over again.

Thank you VCV for the amazing experience! I had the chance to the school both adults and children, and I learned so much from working with each group. Socializing with them was so fun, and I learned so much about Vietnamese culture. The atmosphere at home was also something I really cherished and it felt like having a small family in Hanoi. I hope to see you all again very soon!

I loved teaching English at VCV!! The home immediately makes you feel welcomed the school no time it will start to feel like a family. The hours are not a lot at all and very well prepared, lesson plans are given beforehand. I didn't have any teaching experience and that was not an issue at all. I learnt so much and the students are really lovely. In the weekends fun events and trips are organised so you're never bored! I made so many amazing memories and lasting friendships here, would go back in a heartbeat!

I had the best experience at VCV! I had the opportunity tò the school amazing students, both adults and children, in an environment that made me feel like home. I met travellers from every part of the world with whom I shared many beautiful moments and I've bene able tò experience the Vietnamese culture by being part of the VCV community!
