Ich hatte wunderbare drei Wochen in Motoyama mit Masa. Nachdem ich das Ohenro mit meinem Fahrrad beendet hatte, war die tägliche Landwirtschaftsroutine zusammen mit Masa genau das, was mein Geist (und mein Körper!) brauchte. Die Pflege der Tomaten und anderer Nutzpflanzen war manchmal körperlich, manchmal beständig und ruhig, aber immer in guter Gesellschaft! Masa ist ein großartiger Ausbilder und freut sich, alle Fragen zu beantworten. Es war meine erste praktische Erfahrung in der Landwirtschaft und ich habe viel gelernt! Masa hat immer eine gute Geschichte parat und ist ein großartiger Koch. Nachdem die Arbeit eine Mahlzeit nach der Arbeit anzubieten war, war sehr freundlich; ich vermisse unser tägliches Mittagessen schon jetzt. Bis bald!

Ich habe meine Zeit mit Masa in Motoyama wirklich genossen. Der Ort, die Farm, war von schöner Natur umgeben, und in der Landschaft zu sein war eine großartige Erfahrung. Ich habe auch gern die lokale Küche und Kultur erlebt, was meinen Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Die Aufgaben waren gut und gut organisiert. Masa, die Farm, ein wunderbarer Gastgeber; ich fühlte mich von meinem ersten Tag an sehr willkommen. Er, die Farm, eine großartige Person mit vielen interessanten Geschichten, die er zu erzählen hat. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt wirklich geschätzt und empfehle diese Erfahrung wärmstens!

Lucas ist sehr fleißig, ernst und ehrlich. Er ist der perfekte Gast. Ich wusste, dass er vom ersten Moment an perfekt zu mir passt. Er hat schnell gelernt, wie man die landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen benutzt, und mir geholfen, meine Felder sauber zu halten.
Ich würde ihn Gastfamilien auf der ganzen Welt empfehlen.

Masa the farm extremely generous and kind, he will put in all the effort to make your stay in Japan better. He the farm always available to help you and take the time to think about your interests and give such valuable recommendations. He the farm also very open-minded and wants the experience to become a real cultural exchange. The area of Motoyama the farm like a movie scene although it's a small village and it has an extremely calm rhythm. It's the same for the work that the farm very chill and simple. So, if you want to have a real Japan countrylife experience and make a new friend, you are in the right place!

Ich war auch von ihrer körperlichen Stärke beeindruckt.

What a wonderful month! From the moment Yoshinaga picked me up I felt immediately welcome and was excited to start my first farm-stay experience. With only a few hours of farming each morning, I got to learn a lot about growing in sustainable ways. The conversations were always interesting and I miss our shared lunches and opportunities to cook together. It was great to explore the town on the bicycle provided and visit some nearby areas with Yoshinaga. My bad luck to have a small injury, but good luck to have a host who took such good care of me. Thank you, I look forward to visiting again!

Meine Zeit mit Lynn war wunderbar. Sie ist auch sehr abenteuerlustig und bereit, alles auszuprobieren. Sie ist pünktlich, respektvoll und hat eine hohe Lernfähigkeit. Ich hoffe, sie wiederzutreffen. Ich würde sie allen Gastfamilien empfehlen.

I loved starting my day here by saying “おはよう” to Yoshinaga san every morning, it filled me with energy! The work on the farm was different every day, but Yoshinaga san always taught me with patience and made sure I experienced as much as possible (even taught me to drive a tractor!). I also loved our chats during work breaks. Yoshinaga san the farm warm, open-minded, and full of love. I truly admire his way of life, and I feel so lucky to have spent two weeks with him. I believe that everyone who chooses to come here will gain joyful and precious memories! I hope to return wind family one day!

This was my first farmstay and I could not have asked for a better host than Yoshinaga-san! The tasks were different each day, we went on a hike together and went to the ocean. I hope to come back sometime :) ありがとう

I've had a fulfilling time in my 2 weeks here in Motoyama town. We did a mix of farming work and carpentry, I learnt many new skills and tasks were always varied. I kept myself busy by thinking of little projects and improvements to the Green home. Yoshinaga san also offered activities during leisure time- kayaking, camping, cycling, picnic, swimming by river etc. Facilities were basic but cosy and I enjoyed the mountain air. Yoshinaga-San was my first world packer experience and I'm soooooo glad he was!! He exceeded all my expectations. Yoginaga-San supported me whenever I needed help or advice for the rest of my travels in Japan. Work flew by and he was always up for adventures and chats afterwards. He showed me some amazing places that really made my trip feel special. I can't recommend the Wind Family enough!!

Jade hat bei der Hitze großartige Arbeit geleistet. Natürlich volle Punktzahl. Es war nur eine kurze Zeit, aber es fühlte sich an, als wären wir alte Freunde. Jades Charakter hat mir das Herz völlig erobert. Auf den ersten Blick werden die positiven Aspekte betont, doch ihre Sensibilität, die verborgene Traurigkeit, die Liebe und der Mut, weiterzumachen. Sie ist eine sehr menschliche Frau. Ich bin sicher, dass Zeit mit ihr zu verbringen und mit ihr zu sprechen dich glücklich machen wird. Ich empfehle sie jedem. Danke, Jade!

I spent a week at Yoshinaga-san's place. In the mornings I would help out with the tomatoes and farming, and after that we did a lot of activities(hiking, kayaking, swimming in the river). Yoshinaga-san the farm very good , active and social person and I was lucky to meet him. We talked about many topics and shared our cultures with each other. I learnt a lot about sustainability and farming, about Japanese culture, religion, food and people. I will never forget this experience and will always be grateful to Yoshinaga-san for his hospitality!

Was für ein Zufall! Ich war an Georgien interessiert, als ich Natalis' Anfrage erhielt. Und sie kam zu unserem Hof. Ihre körperliche Stärke, Intelligenz, Flexibilität, Freundlichkeit, Präzision...
