Meine Erfahrung dort war sehr gut, der Manager, José, war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, und war immer bereit zu helfen, ganz egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Die Arbeitspläne wurden eingehalten, und sie waren auch sehr flexibel.

Fue una gran experiencia, hay constante comunicación con el equipo de trabajo y procuran que te sientas muy cómodo. Respetan tu tiempo y tus labores. Las instalaciones están geniales y el ambiente te hace sentir en casa. Muy recomendable

Loved my time at the hostel! The hostel itself is great: very clean, well-located, has a very nice terrace and outdoor area, small but good breakfast, and nice guests. The work was very chill, usually just preparing breakfast in the morning and helping out here and there with cleaning, so there's plenty of time to do other stuff. Montañita was in the quiet season when I was there, so it wasn't as much of the huge party town as people make it out to be, but it was still a nice chill beach town. 100% recommend Montañita and the hostel!

I had a really good time at the hostel. Johnny the manager was super nice and patient with me even though my spanish isn't that good, he took the time to explain me everything slowly and made sure I understood everything I needed to do. The hours of work are respected and the tasks are easy. Braian the other volunteer became a big brother for me. They made my stay really comfortable, very grateful for them!

Increible! La vista del hostal es linda, los otros voluntarios muy buena onda, el hostal es perfecto to chill, se puede dormir escuchando el sonido del mar <3. Las horas siempre son respetadas, el trabajo es OK, estás rico el desayuno. Gracias por hacer parte de ese lugar, fue muy feliz alla, seguro regreso en un nuevo momento. :)

En el hostal the hostel tuvimos una experiencia gratificante, es una zona muy tranquila, amigable y cómoda puedes descansar y conocer la cultura de la zona…

Estuve hace 4 años voluntariando en el mismo lugar y todo sigue genial. El nuevo manager es muy buena onda, así como el dueño y el resto del staff. El acuerdo siempre se respeta, el lugar está buenísimo y es perfecto para aprender/mejorar Inglés. Uno de los mejores lugares para voluntariar, voy a quedarme más tiempo.

I had a fantastic time volunteering at the hostel and thoroughly enjoyed my month here. The work is as described on the profile - there are three 4 hour shifts a day which you rotate between with the other volunteers, covering the reception and house cleaning duties. The team are great and the hostel really has a community feel to it. It was the perfect combination of chill, beach, surf and the infamous Montanita nightlife is only a walking distance away. The owner Jorge is always around to answer questions and help. Thank you Jorge and team for a great experience☺️

The shifts are as pre agreed by both parts! You will rotate with other volunteers the reception, breakfast and cleaning shifts. The hostel is very chill, with very nice employes wich makes the difference in the hostel's vibe. I had such a great time in the hostel and had to extend twice my staying haha Jorge, the owner, is always around, which makes easier if you have any doubts, problems or everything. He is also very opened to ideas and changes if is needed. Thank you all for receiving me and I hope to see you around Ecuador!

Fue un tiempo de mucho trabajo y dedicación, tube la oportunidad de administrar el hostal y aprendí demasiado, mucho mas de los que pensé, manejar las plataformas como hostelworld.com, booking.com, Airbnb, en las cuales ya soy casi en un experto, también aprendí a dirigir un grupo de empleados y de voluntarios. Tambien aprendí a manejar la parte financier y contable. fueron 2 años de mucho aprendizaje y crecimiento agradezco al dueño Jorge quien me dio la oportunidad, el vivía en suiza nunca tuvimos mal entendidos por dinero, todo fue muy transparente.

Johnny, viel Glück bei deinen Projekten in Europa, es waren zwei gute Jahre. Es freut mich, dass du viel gelernt hast, und auch vielen Dank für die Unterstützung und Hilfe. Ich habe auch viel gelernt, weil Persönlichkeiten unterschiedlich sind haha, aber die Werte einer Person, Ehrlichkeit, Verantwortung und Engagement, sind dieselben, und ich schätze es sehr. Danke Johnny, du wirst sicher sehr gut in deiner neuen Lebensphase zurechtkommen, wir werden dich vermissen.
