My experience at the hostel was truly amazing. From day one I felt welcomed into a warm, creative, and supportive environment. The hosts are kind, inspiring, and genuinely care about the well-being of the volunteers. The work is well organised and fair, with more than enough free time to explore Valladolid and enjoy the area. What makes this place special is the sense of connection, freedom, and family. I'm deeply grateful for this experience and would 100% recommend the hostel to anyone looking for something meaningful 🤍

I loved my experience at the hostel. The hostel is a perfectly well-maintained natural paradise in the centre of the city. Valladolid is an absolutely stunning local and authentic town. Its location makes it easy to travel around the Yucatán Peninsula on days off. At the hostel, we mainly did reception work and organized social activities, which helped us meet amazing fellow international travellers. Finally and most importantly, this experience wouldn't have been the same without the staff Miguel, Alfonso and Joslyn. Thank you for being so welcoming, helpful, and making us feel right at home ❤️

I had the most amazing time volunteering at the hostel Natural Residence! The staff, especially Miguel, Alfonso, and Jocelyn, were incredibly welcoming and made the experience so special. The hostel is in a safe, central location in Valladolid, perfect for exploring. The bikes were a great bonus for visiting cenotes! The tasks were simple, helping at reception and socializing with guests, making it so easy to connect with people from all over the world. The host was flexible and attentive. I truly loved my time there and would've stayed longer. It was the perfect first volunteering experience!
