Olov's warm hospitality made his farm a welcoming home. I loved choosing tasks & learned from planning gardens to milking cows! We explored beyond the farm with church visit, scenic drive & hike. Olov's delicious, home-cooked dishes and decadent desserts were a delightful surprise. For future Worldpackers: The farm's charm is rustic, so you might find something needing a fix. Just mention it to Olov - he's open to suggestions and might even welcome the help! Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience.

Olov is a very good person and a super friendly guy who always smiles, he always took me to the gym and brought me back, he left the car for us whenever we needed them to go to Soderharm to do something. The only bad thing, to say the least, is that the house was dirty, otherwise everything was fine.

Part 2/2 Moreover Olov always pay attention that we are several activities to do. He also always makes sure that there is enough food for everyone. The place is really beautiful (specially in winter with the snow !). We met wonderful people there and we had a really good time ! 🫶🏻

The farm was such good fun and I found the local area and nature absolutely stunning. Olov was really helpful in making sure there were things to do and took us skiing, lake skating and even to karaoke! Everyone in the house pulled their weight and took part in the running of the house and putting food on the table. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Sweden!

My experience at the farm was amazing!! I had a wonderful time working with the cows and with the other people. Olov and the farm team made me feel at home. Everything was fantastic and I hope to do again :)

A experiência foi muito bacana! Aprendi muito sobre a rotina da fazenda, conheci pessoas incríveis e me diverti muito! As pessoas da fazenda são super pacientes para ensinar o trabalho e tirar dúvidas. Super recomendo!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! The host helped us really make the most of our time here from going into town and meeting locals to going on adventurous trips. We had a lot of freedom to explore when not working and got 2 days off per week. The work at the farm can be physical strenuous, but so rewarding! I couldn't recommend this position more, especially if you love cows.

Sie hat unseren Anweisungen wirklich gefolgt. Am ersten Tag des Freiwilligendienstes wollten wir, dass die Freiwilligen nur zuschauen und nicht stören; Lauren tat dies, während die meisten anderen direkt helfen müssen. Am zweiten Tag hat sie Notizen gemacht. Am dritten Tag hat sie sich vollständig beteiligt. Auch im Haus war sie verantwortungsbewusst und machte aus dem Haus der Freiwilligen ein Zuhause.

My experience has been amazing! Olov and his family are incredible people who are so hard working and extremely welcoming and kind! Was great so experience the routines at farm and work with Jasper and Anders who are so lovely too. Would recommend to anyone!

Não tenho do que reclamar, as pessoas do trabalho são incríveis, a casa è enorme, pra comer tem de tudo que você quiser, horário de trabalho totalmente como o combinado, nos dias offs ele te leva pra fazer coisas diferentes, como restaurantes, ski, festas, passeios. Olle è incrível, recepção incrível, fiquei um mês aqui com eles, fui pra Umeå ainda aqui na suécia, fiquei um dia lá, tive uma experiência horrível mandei mensagem pro Olle e ele me recebeu novamente, estou indo para o meu segundo mês aqui, e estou amando, por mim nem iria embora! tudo muito incrível! eu realmente amo esse lugar.
