Es war eine unglaubliche Erfahrung. Diese Familie ist wunderbar und sie haben mich von Anfang an wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Ich habe eine glückliche Woche mit ihnen verbracht.
Ich habe ihren Garten geliebt, voller Tiere und verschiedener Obstbäume. Es war ein Vergnügen, ihren Lebensstil kennenzulernen und Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen.
Ich bin sehr dankbar für all die Zuneigung, Hilfe und Fürsorge, die sie mir während dieser Woche gegeben haben. Ohne Zweifel war es eine Erfahrung, an die ich mich mit großer Zuneigung erinnern werde. Vielen Dank für alles!

Fue mi primer voluntariado y no pude tener más suerte con ellos. La familia es maravillosa, me sentí una más desde el primer día. Aprendí mucho de ellos, de su día a día, y todo el amor que entregan a sus animales. Fue fantástico poder compartir con ellos grandes momentos, y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Es una experiencia que recomiendo vivir. Os echo ya de menos! Deseando volver :)

Disfruté muchísimo mi tiempo aquí en Costa Rica. El trabajo es fácil, divertido y justo. Hay mucho tiempo para descansar y disfrutar del hermoso lugar donde viven. Tienen muchos animales que te llenan de amor, y en muy poco tiempo me hicieron sentir parte de su familia. Se aseguran de que estés bien cuidado y de que puedas conocer muchos lugares de Costa Rica. Me fui sintiéndome conectada con la gente y la cultura. Mucho café increíble todos los días. Esta fue mi primera experiencia con Worldpackers y la recomiendo totalmente a cualquiera❤️

My two weeks in Costa Rica were too short... Their house, which is located in the mountains, is very welcoming and cozy and so is the family. I really felt comfortable and taken care of my whole time there, they are really kind, fun and amazing people. They took me everywhere with them, so I got to learn a few things about their culture and everyday life, which was a great experience. The nature is beautiful, their animals are the sweetest, the food is delicious... The time I spent with them was really special, so I would absolutely recommend!

I was lucky enough to spend a wonderful 3 weeks with Alejandra and her family and could not have asked for a better experience! The work was very reasonable, fun and rewarding being able to work with all the animals. There's a good balance of work and rest, and I always felt included in everyday tasks. It was a great opportunity to learn some Spanish, new skills, and lots of delicious recipes! I loved my time here and could not have felt more welcomed and immersed in Costa Rican lifestyle and culture! Thank you Ale and I cannot wait to come back one day ☺️☺️

Surrounded by the mountains, green trees, colorful flowers, and dogs with unconditional love to give, I knew I landed in the right place. Alejandra and her family are the reason my time here felt like a dream. Working in the garden never felt like work, but more so an art. Alejandra has a noticeable passion for every single one of her plants and animals which didn't take long for me to feel the same. Meeting many members of this family allowed me to live the beautiful culture of Ticos. All in all, this family has left a special imprint in my heart and I'm certain this won't be my last visit.

My time at the farm was so lovely - it was the perfect experience to immerse myself in the Costa Rican way of life and enjoy the beauty of the mountains! The family is so so welcoming and includes you in everything - I really had the best time and couldn't recommend it more!!!

100% recommended. Alejandra, Mauricio, Kris and Jafeth made it feel like home and they included me in everything. Definitely one of my best travel experiences. Such a good way to truly get to know the Costa Rican culture and practice Spanish. Such a beautiful place that words cannot describe. Very peaceful place away from the city.

This was an amazing experience with the sweetest people. You cannot do alot on your own since the house is a 20 minute drive from the city, but they include you with everything they do and it is a really cozy and beautiful stay!

Fue mi primer voluntariado. Toda la familia fue muy amable y me hicieron sentir bienvenida. Aprendí mucho acerca de la naturaleza. Alejandra, en particular, fue una persona muy especial que hizo de mi estadía lo mejor. Me enseñaron lugares hermosos y su gastronomía. Me enamoré totalmente de sus cuatro perritos. Les voy a extrañar mucho❤️🩹 Además, el café es delicioso☕
