Die Freiwilligenarbeit am Centerbecame wurde für mich zu viel mehr als nur einer Reiseerfahrung. Sie kam zu einer wichtigen Zeit in meinem Leben und half mir sehr in meinem persönlichen Heilungsprozess. Dabei bei der Hausarbeit und Wäsche zu helfen, ließ mich Teil dieses besonderen Ortes fühlen. Der Centerwill wird immer einen besonderen Platz in meinem Herzen haben. 💜💜💜

The place is amazing, room and bathrooms with a lot of space. Crew areas for make meals, chill or get together are good too. The food is the best and made by lovely chefs with all care for us and guests having a lot of vegan and gluten free options. About the work, as a volunteer I was positionated on technical department and I learned a lot about generators, solar panels, battery and sistems off grid. I did have the opportunity to help others departments like garden, kitchen and in the mango processing. They offered 3 meditation activities every day and I was free to join whenever I wanted.

I connected deeply with the other volunteers and learned a lot about myself. the Centeris a beautiful place with a beach right in front. It is more open than I expected with a lot of guests. For the work I have some feedback: - Better communication about decisions and changes with volunteers from crew manager - Change the high work pressure and organize housekeeping department. There are not enough people to cover all the tasks and I felt this pressure was put on volunteers - Working hours are often not respected and extra tasks on top of the 30 hours, such as washing dishes and meetings

The Centerhas mostly positive than negative points, which I list all below. Pros: There are several beaches nearby/Opportunity for training English/Amazing food/Opportunity to connect with awesome people/Meditation and yoga classes offered/Kaiak classes. Cons: Extra working time joining organizational meetings and washing guests plates (if you are not kitchen staff you can be scheduled for it even in your day off)/Place not suitable for training Spanish. Specific for the housekeeping department, where I worked: Grace is the boss and I didn't feel any kindness from her, to say the least.

Questo posto è stupendo. Le persone, le attività, il cibo, il mare fanno di questo posto un paradiso. C' è abbastanza lavoro da fare ma non è stressante. Poter lavorare e aiutare questa comunità a crescere per me è stato davvero un onore, una bellissima esperienza che mi ha fatto pensare di rimanere per molto tempo qui.
