Ha sido una experiencia genial. Carmen la persona encargada de los voluntarios es una persona maravillosa, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y de que aprendamos lo máximo posible, al igual que los maestros. Es una experiencia única, para conectar contigo misma y para conocer sobre el budismo, es una comunidad muy bonita en la que todo el mundo es bien recibido, y en la que puedes encontrar mucha paz.

Kadampa el centro es un lugar hermoso, se encuentra en medio de la montaña si deseas un lugar donde encontrar paz tranquilidad y reconectar con la naturaleza sin duda este es el lugar ideal. Es una comunidad muy agradable y cálida, todos son muy amables y abiertos a compartir las enseñanzas. Quedo muy agradecida con todos a Carmen y Raquel mil gracias por la oportunidad de compartir estos días con ustedes.

Me fui el centro queriendo volver 💖 Toda mi estadía estuvo llena de amabilidad y gratitud. Los horarios se respetan y mis tareas fueron variadas (acomodar, limpiar, hacer contenido pa redes, repartir publi). La comunidad te trata como una más y están siempre dispuestos a ayudarte o simplemente charlar. Carmen, la coordinadora, es un amor, muy divertida y encima cocina delicioso. Pude participar en todas las actividades del templo y las clases de meditación que se dan en distintos pueblos. Aprendí mucho sobre budismo. La paz del lugar es indescriptible, recomiendo mucho esta experiencia.

Este espacio, rodeado de la belleza natural, te ofrece la oportunidad de vivir una experiencia única de crecimiento personal y espiritual. Desde que llegas, te envuelve la calidez del equipo y la serenidad del entorno. Las actividades, por más sencillas que sean, promueven la introspección, aprendizaje y comunidad, mientras conectas con el propósito del lugar. el centro es perfecto para recargar energías, adquirir nuevas habilidades y encontrar paz interior.

This was my first Worldpackers experience . Had a meaningful time at the Center. Appreciative of Raquel and the team there for being flexible with my scheduling changes due to travel miscommunications. I recommend this trip for anyone looking to deepen their mental emotional awareness as this is a Buddhist sanctuary. It's great to be around all the nature and learn some about the Menorcan culture. It also helped me practice and better my Spanish some. The tasks are relatively easy and simple. Cleaning, yardwork, kitchen. Overall great experience and hope to be some sometime in the future.

I had a great experience in the Center. You'll be sorrounded by peaceful people, immersed in a silent and quiet place. Tasks were very easy and I was given lot of trust. The working schedule was often shorter, and I had time to visit the island and enjoy my free time. I recommend you to rent a car if you wanna be independent, cause the centre is very isolated. The spaces (room, kitchen) are cozy, the food is tasty and healthy. The meditation classes are really helpful if you're looking for disconnetion and self well-being. I'd absolutely recommend the Center!! Thank you to all the people I met!

A very immersive and quite experience. In the centre I had the possibility to know more about Kadampa Buddhism, sorrounded by great people and a peaceful nature.
