Unser Aufenthalt im das Surfcamp war einfach nur super toll! Wir hatten wirklich schöne 4 Wochen, in denen wir viel gelernt haben und persönlich gewachsen sind. Das ganze Team hat uns sofort freundlich aufgenommen und Florian ist der beste Chef, den man sich vorstellen kann. Er ist super cool drauf, sehr verständnisvoll und hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir hatten beide keine Erfahrungen in der Gastronomie, aber das war kein Problem, da immer Hilfe da war, sofern wir etwas nicht wussten. Die Umgebung, das Team, die Arbeitszeiten, die Gäste…einfach alles war traumhaft! Danke!

I had an amazing time staying with the surf camp! The location was a bit off the beaten path, but that's what made it special. I quickly felt like part of the community, and the local spirit was infectious. I loved learning to the surf camp and surf with the experienced instructor Jesus , and hanging out with other volunteers and kitesurfers at the local bar. the surf camp team was always helpful, caring, and passionate about sharing their love for kitesurfing. I highly recommend the surf camp to anyone looking for a unique experience that combines work and adventure.

I had the best time at Panamá the surf camp. I was here for 6 weeks and I wish I could've stayed longer. From the beginning I felt very welcomed by the volunteers and Florian. The whole team was incredibly friendly and everyone was so fun to be around. I loved how everybody was helping each other out, especially on busy days. You have everything you need and more, and hours and free days are well respected. I'm so thankful for all the amazing people I met, including the team, instructors, volunteers and clients. Big thank you to the Punta Chame family and especially to Flo for having me!🫶🏻

El surf camp es un lugar donde uno se siente como en casa muy rápidamente. El ambiente entre voluntarios y el personal fue excelente, y Florian es un gerente atento y amable. Como camarera, valoré mucho el buen humor de los clientes, el respeto de los horarios y la calidad de vida en el lugar. Es una estancia a largo plazo donde Florian espera, con razón, un trabajo serio, ya que los beneficios son muchos. Punta Chame, un lugar apartado, ofrece una verdadera burbuja colectiva.🫶 ¡Una experiencia de voluntariado inolvidable que recomiendo al 1000%! MERCI Florian por tu confianza🙏

The word limit won't allow to describe how happy I am here. I extended my stay from 2 - 3 months after a week. I arrived on NY eve and instantly felt welcomed by Florian and the team. There is nothing to complain about, I love it here, I love the people, hours are respected, everything else in the agreement is provided. I couldn't ask for more. I'm still here and I'm still enjoying every day. Special S/O to the best volunteer team I could have ever wished for! Maiki, Débo, Kali, Luca, thank you so much for everything! Atmosphere from the get go was excellent everyone was really friendly and welcoming, you make lots of friends with the people you work with, the guests and the locals. Florian's a brilliant host, you'll get everything you need, for example I had forgotten some things back home and he took a trip to the city (2 hours away minimum) to help me out and buy those things for me. The work is quite laid back and the staff will keep you right.

Mi experiencia como voluntaria en Panamá el surf camp fue absolutamente increíble. Desde el primer momento, Florian me acogió con los brazos abiertos y me hizo sentir como parte de la familia. Además de aprender kitesurf, tuve la oportunidad de conocer muchos lugares increíbles de Panamá.Lo mejor de mi experiencia fueron las personas que conocí. Wow, what an unforgettable time at the surf camp kitecenter in Punta Chame. Ive been there for 5 weeks and whether you like it or not, after a few days you realize you have made so many new friends. From the boss Florian, your team and the guests to the locals there. I was working there as a waiter and behind the bar, with 2 days off a week and good colleagues to swap shifts with if needed (for kiting or other activities), was it more then fair. I would say a good mix of work and exploring Punta Chame. Thanks Florian for that amazing time.

My time in the surf camp was incredible. The people in Punta Chame are the best I ever met. From the team you work with, to the locals, everyone is super friendly and helpful. You get part of the Punta Chame family as soon as you step out of the car. Florian started to take care of me when i havent even left Germany already, so i felt super safe and welcome the whole time of my 10 week stay. I worked there as a waitress and I never had to complain once. The work scedule is more than fair. I can recommend volunteering there by my whole heart! Bianca
