Meine Zeit im Hostel war großartig! Gregory und das restliche Personal sind alle wirklich freundlich. Obwohl ich Larnaca außerhalb der Saison besucht habe, traf ich viele nette Leute, sowohl im Hostel als auch in der Stadt. Das Hostel selbst ist wirklich schön und ich habe mich mit allem wohlgefühlt! Jeder ist offen für ein nettes Gespräch und die Zimmer sind wirklich sauber. Die Aufgaben sind wirklich einfach und leicht, und das Gleichgewicht zwischen Arbeit und Freizeit ist wirklich fair. Ich habe meine Zeit in Larnaca wirklich genossen!

Mein Aufenthalt im Le Mat Hostel war ein wahrer Segen. Das Hostel ist schön, ruhig und bietet dir ausreichend persönlichen Raum sowie die Möglichkeit, Reisende aus der ganzen Welt kennenzulernen. Auch wenn ich dort außerhalb der Saison war und es manchmal ziemlich leer war, habe ich trotzdem viele gute Freunde gefunden. Die Arbeitszeiten sind sehr fair und flexibel und geben dir genügend Zeit, die Insel zu erkunden. Gregory und der Rest des Personals sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Ich würde empfehlen, ein Auto zu mieten und die Insel in deiner Freizeit zu erkunden; es hat viel zu sehen und lässt dich sprachlos zurück. ❤️

Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit in Le Mar, danke Gregory, dass du mich ins Team aufgenommen hast — du bist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der Ort ist fantastisch, es ist einfach, andere Städte zu besuchen, und die Aufgaben waren einfach und flexibel. Ich hatte viel Spaß, ich werde es definitiv empfehlen!

Volunteering at the hostel was an incredible experience.. in the period I spent there I met people of so many different countries and had the opportunity to share beautiful moments with amazing new friends and learn more about the culture both of Cyprus but also of other countries. The location is amazing (1 min from the sea literally), the staff is super kind, the vibe is super friendly and heart-warming. Thank you so much the hostel and thank you Gregory! See you hopefully soon 🩷

A lovely immersion into the heart of Larnaka. You are in a beautiful historical building within walking distance of the beach and old downtown. Gregory is a fun and nice guy who will give you the freedom to improve and help in the hostel, either doing a typical social night bringing your traditions into a dinner with other guests, or making artcrafts as a social gathering. One of the best experiences I had by getting into the local lives of the country.

What a fantastic place the hostel is. The whole team made my first month here in Cyprus just wonderful. The hostel was a beautiful, old stone building with a very homely and peaceful feeling - a great place to meet people and right next to the beach in a truly perfect spot in Larnaka. The work we did was diverse and flexible and fun. Gregory and the whole of the staff are so nice, we had a lot of laughs together and it was a pleasure seeing them each morning! My volunteering time has ended and I'm still here extending my stay! Maybe I'll just move in? haha. :D Highly recommend.
