Nils is a very wise and understanding person. During my time with him he was very catering to my needs, was very flexible and was mindful of others feelings. Every morning Nils showed me his fantastic breakfasts and gave me options with what I would like. Our conversations were very interesting and engaging and I would definitely recommend this trip to others. He lives in a beautiful house and gives you your own space when you need it. It was definitely a very eye opening experience for me and I'm sure many others agree. The work I did was very fun and included many exciting hikes! :)

I'm glad I got to know Nils, he's a great human with great stories and wide interests. I had a great time during this one week, the accommodation was perfect, as it is separate from the house, so I had complete privacy. In addition, I had the opportunity to explore the island a bit, visit 1-2 places and get to know the locals. This was my first Worldpackers trip, but it certainly won't be my last. The food is also very good, everything is made from healthy ingredients, and a fresh green smoothie awaits you every morning. I recommend to everyone!

Truly a beautiful place. The private room/bathroom is by far the most accommodating place I've been so far in regards to other volunteer places. You have your own little private outside area, and plenty of space to do your own thing. The food came freshly out from a local source and herbs from his own place as well. It reminds you that simplicity is always better. Nils is a wonderful human with stories to tell and truly cares about his work.

It was my first Worldpackers experience and for now also the best! It is a really beatiful place and person and you can develop a lot here. It is also very unique and not easy to describe in short words. I also recommend to come for the retreat or other experiences Nils is offering. I am very grateful for the stay and will continue a bit longer. For me it was life-changing.
