The farm is lovely, his conversation and home cooked meals made us feel so welcome. His home is quite rural, near lots of forest and rivers which was really nice. It is a country home with a country lifestyle, so come adequately prepared with work clothes and a willingness to get your hands dirty. It isn't your typical work stay experience, but it was still educational and enjoyable for us. His dogs are also super sweet!

Jose's home surroundings are absolutely magical. If you are looking for nature, then you found the place. You get to explore many different landscapes while walking the dogs (who are so nice/cute!). Jose is nice, cooks very well and will always be there if you have any questions/want to immerse yourself in the local culture (and a special plus if you want to practice your Spanish!). The workload was very chill and outdoor, and Jose was flexible with the working hours, which was very appreciated. 😌The home however can be quite dirty.

José the farm fue muy amable y acogedor conmigo, me hizo visitar los alrededores y así pude descubrir lugares muy bonitos : el bosque alrededor de su casa es encantador, que haga buen tiempo o que llueva, y el mar es impresionante. También sus 5 perros y su gato son muy tiernos, y las ocas y las gallinas son muy curiosas. Fue una muy buena experiencia, y la recomendo para conectarse con la naturaleza y practicar el español.

Tengo que decir que siempre me sentí a gusto en el centro. El lugar es bonito y tranquilo, y a pocos kilómetros de la casa, la cual es también muy mona, están el pueblo de Taramundi con sus museos, y la aldea de Teixois, la cual me pareció de película. Lo recomiendo.
