Said ist ein freundlicher und respektvoller Mann 😇. Er lässt dich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Er hat viele Katzen 🐈 und Hühner 🐓, was mich beruhigt hat. Die Gegend ist auch schön 💫, mit Bergen ⛰️. Ehrlich gesagt war es eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Ich kann dir wirklich empfehlen, ihn zu besuchen; es lohnt sich wirklich.❤️✨

I think every travelers experience will differ of course. It is a unique place to be in and it's good to note that you are living with a local who knows his own culture. Communication is always very important and knowing how to be respectful as a guest as well as a host is a fundamental skill. Said is very kind and has a lot of things to have done on his property, most of which will probably not be delegated to you unless you have those skills yourself. Understanding the Moroccan way of life may be essential before coming here but you learn it regardless. Enjoy your stay guys!

We had a wonderful time at the project. The House is very big and has many spaces to relax. It's located in the middle of nature so is very peaceful and the views are incredible. You can also go for a hike in the valleys nearby and feel connected to nature. There is many things to repair or work on in the house and Said will help you with everything you need. You can just follow his instructions or feel free to be creative and give new ideas to the project. The house is still under construction so you will get dusty and dirt but that is a minor concern. We'd love to comeback in the future. :D

I really enjoyed my 3 week stay at the project! Said was very friendly and welcoming from the first day. During my stay we did a trip to Marrakech together and he would take me to spend the evenings with his friends from the village. The accommodation is basic but is ideal if you wanna flee the hectic life and reconnect with nature. Waking up to the chirping of birds and the sound of that little water channel running through the garden are just two examples. We did a lot of different tasks in construction and gardening and I always found the work very rewarding. Would come back anytime!

Ich empfehle diesen Ort wirklich nicht und ich bin sicher, du wirst einen besseren Ort finden. Die Fotos der Anwendung stimmen überhaupt nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Ort überein. Die drei enthaltenen Mahlzeiten sind eine Lüge, und es gibt wirklich keine Küche, um etwas zuzubereiten. Der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß etwa 40 Minuten entfernt, aber es gibt nicht viel (kein Gemüse, kein Obst). Der Ort selbst ist schmutzig, unordentlich, und hat sogar kaputte Teile. Es gibt keine hygienischen Bedingungen, keine Dusche, keine Toilette; das Bett war schmutzig und stinkend. Ich habe versucht, mich davon zu überzeugen, dass es Marokko sei, aber wir sind ein paar Tage später gegangen. Ich empfehle diesen Ort wirklich nicht und ich bin sicher, du wirst einen besseren Ort finden.

Als ich ankam, war der Zustand der Häuser so ganz anders als auf den Fotos. Mein Zimmer war schön, mit einer hübschen Aussicht vom Dach, aber so viele Insekten konnten durch kaputte Türen und Fenster eindringen. Es gab keinen Ort zum Duschen oder Wäschewaschen, die Toilette funktionierte nicht, während des gesamten Aufenthalts gab es nur Brot zu essen und das saubere Wasser funktionierte nur manchmal, sodass mir tagelang Trink- und Kochwasser fehlte. Er war unhöflich, wenn es um die Arbeit ging, und hatte eine schreckliche Einstellung. Konnte nicht respektvoll mit mir kommunizieren. Ich habe wirklich versucht, meinen Aufenthalt zu genießen, aber ohne grundlegende Bedürfnisse bin ich früh gegangen.

Riley schlief zwei Tage; in der Nacht ließ sie das Licht die ganze Nacht an, sie redete sehr laut. Sie war überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Wir haben uns darauf geeinigt, jeden Tag um 11 Uhr zu beginnen, aber sie hatte keinen Respekt vor der Zeit. Das war sehr stressig für mich, weil ich mich auf viele Dinge konzentrieren musste. Also ging sie und war froh, dass sie es getan hatte.

The journey at saïd went in a calm sweet environment surronded by nature and chicken noises, saïd was quite welcoming and kind but hated questions and seemed more of a talker than a listener. The work i had to do was mostly clenaing and organizing , didn't learn much intersting stuff ,was excpecting to learn more about sustainble methods to build the place i was disappointed, if the volunteers don't clean no one is ever hired to do so, can be a mess even in ur own room and space but it was okay for me , i loved the flexibily could work at any time of the day i wanted , take breaks whenever.

I needed some days to adapt to the natural environment and the state of the house that suffered from a strong earthquake on 2023. I came to assist in social media but finally agreed that to be 1h in the evening, and the remaining 3h helping in preparing the foundations for reinforcement by digging. My presence was more morale support than actually being productive myself. Said has a good heart and is professional setting the working/free times, but patience in communication was key to keep a peaceful environment. I missed more volunteers for socializing, so might be ideal for introverts.

El lugar no fue lo que yo esperaba, el lugar estaba muy sucio y el es una persona muy desasiada, se reía de nosotros y hacía chiste sobre nuestra apariencia física o lo que usábamos, nos quitó la comida al segundo día y lo que compramos lo usaba sin pedir permiso, yo la verdad no recomiendo que vayan a este lugar. Además te hace sentir estúpido con el trabajo que el te pone, si lo haces de otra manera te va a decir que no y hará comentarios como si tú fueras un estúpido.
