Kiya ist eine anglo-peruanische NGO, die Kindern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen und Behinderungen hilft, die in Armut und prekären Lebenslagen leben.
Wir betreiben ein Outreach-Therapieprogramm im Norden Perus, im kleinen Fischerort Máncora, der für seine schönen Strände, seine Fauna und das Surfen bekannt ist.
Als Freiwilliger begleiten Sie die Therapeuten vor Ort bei Hausbesuchen bei den Patienten, die wir unterstützen, und dokumentieren die Arbeit, die sie leisten, um das Publikum in den sozialen Medien zu vergrößern.

Fotografie: Aufnehmen, Bearbeiten und Bereitstellen von erstaunlichen Fotos.
Content Writer: Schreibe, bearbeite und veröffentliche inspirierende Inhalte.
Videoerstellung: Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Veröffentlichen digitaler Videos.
Social Media: Betreue und aktualisiere Social-Media-Kanäle.
Betrag: € 125 Pro Woche
Gebühr bezahlt für: Spende an das Projekt

This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in Peruvian culture working directly with a team of professionals supporting children in need.
Your role will be to document the childrens lives, therapy and community work the charity carries out in Mancora and surrounding villages with the aim of creating emotive content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Part of your role will be to increase our audience on instagram, facebook and LikedIn and create a more attractive and interactive image for the charity.
You will need some background in social media/marketing/photography.
There is opportunity to learn Spanish and take surfing lessons near to your placement, we will be happy to help you book this in to make the most of your stay!
You will work a 5 hour shift from 9am to 2pm or 2pm to 7pm accompanying the Peruvian team on their home visits; assisting community workshops etc.
-All photos, videos and documents associated with our NGO taken throughout your programme, are for use ONLY for marketing and social media as authorised by the charity and may not be shared in any capacity.
-No drugs, alcohol or smoking are permitted at the accommodation or work.
-No un authorised guests are allowed at the accommodation or parties.
-The donation for your programme must be paid directly to the charity to secure your place and is non refundable.
-If you damage or break, lose or misplace anything belonging to the accommodation or the charity ie: keys, materials, phone etc you will be asked to replace it.
-You must have a valid DBS check or equivalent to participate in this programme.
-We must receive all completed forms and a copy of your ID and insurance prior to arrival.
-We must receive 2 references before arrival.
