C'était ma deuxième expérience de volontariat au cmk, ça a vraiment été comme un retour a la maison! J'ai encore rencontré de merveilleuses personnes, pû participer aux meditations et enseignements des retraites et le travail est très gratifiant et agréable, merci encore et à bientôt 💞✨

My best experience Volunteering! :) The castle and the surroundings are beautiful, and the energy is really special, I made memories for a lifetime. Also you can make short trips with the bikes to the nearby towns :) Its a perfect space to make friends, reconnect with yourself or just rest. The work is light, the staff is great, the accommodation very comfortable, the food really good. And you can make what you wish of the experience, either that is connect with your inner peace, meditating, practicing your French, make new friends or all of them. Highly Recommended experience! <3

O CMK é um lugar realmente incrível, cheio de paz, acolhimento e pessoas maravilhosas. Conheci pessoas lindas, generosas e inspiradoras. Algumas delas, tenho certeza, levarei comigo para toda a vida. Sou muito grato por cada conversa, cada sorriso, cada ensinamento e por todo o carinho que recebi durante minha estadia. Também quero agradecer a todos que fazem parte desse lugar tão especial. My experience at the Center was incredible. I had the chance to meet volunteers from all over the world and share wonderful moments together. The center's welcome was exceptional, and the monks were extremely approachable, always happy to answer questions and share their knowledge of the Center and Buddhism. I 100% recommend it if you're looking to contribute to a meaningful cause, practice languages, and connect with wonderful people

This was a very enriching experience. I learned a great deal about the Center and Buddhism, more importantly, how to apply its teachings in everyday life. I met many kind and inspiring people and had meaningful connections that made my stay worthwhile. I also experienced some inappropriate and unpleasant behavior from some people, which made parts of the experience more challenging. Despite that, I leave grateful for the personal growth, the lessons learned, and the opportunity to cultivate patience, compassion, and inner clarity.

Amazing experience at the Center. I was helping at the kitchen, everything is really well organized and all the staff are kind and funny. If you don't speak French it's a good place to learn a little. It's good to know that depending on what area you're working, the hours of work are divided throughout the day, which wasn't a problem for me. Really recommend it.

This was my first time volunteering with workdpackers and I really loved the experience! It was truly amazing and couldn't have chosen better. Everyone was so kind and open, good food, good conversations and good amount of tasks to do during the day. I met lovely and kind people here that will stick in my mind forever, besides living right in the forest was a beautiful experience. Would definitely recommend and would repeat the experience in this or another the Center! Thank you for everything <3
