The Center is a very beautiful place! Flowers, the symphony of birds all day long, the woods, forests and various trails for long walks. Every day we have meditations, prayers and every week we have retreats and classes, there is always a lot of activity to do in the Center rooms and this is very rewarding for anyone who wants to practice the dharma. The work was not difficult, my work was focused on the kitchen and dining room and I adjusted my personal activities and those in the Center room according to the work schedule. I highly recommend it and I hope to return one day!

I had a great experience here. The hosts and staff were really welcoming and kind, and I felt taken care of. The hours and days off are respected. It's a peaceful and quiet place in nature and there's lots of opportunity to study buddhism and practice the Center. I recommend ☺️

Awesome experience, had the opportunity to practice the Center everyday. The place is very well organized, the staff charming. Met volunteers coming from many different countries, plus nature surrounding is beautiful and abundant. Vibe was good ❤️

I spent 3 weeks at the the Center in a cozy, modern, shared dorm in a lodge on the lovely property. Every day I spent at the center with the kind hosts and staff and fellow volunteers was a joy and a blessing. The experience was truly enriching and profound. I think I am a better person now than when I arrived. I look forward to going back either as a volunteer or for a retreat. I 100% recommend living this experience. 🙏🏼💗

A really rewarding experience! You are very well looked after by genuinely caring people, communication is great and task and work balance is respected. This is an amazing opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and discover and learn about Buddhism and mediation in a supportive and comfortable environment. The best part is the people you meet, the conversations you will have and a wonderful sense of purpose.

My 1st experience as a volunteer couldn't be better! The stuff is friendly, the work hours and the days off are respected, the room was clean & quiet. Was a perfect place to relax. As a personal experience, the volunteers I met there made my experience 5x better!

It was a really peaceful experience. The staff and all volunteers were very kind and make you feel at home. We didn't speak much to the main staff during our stay other than when we arrived. The volunteering tasks are very easy and training is given to show you what to do when you start. 20 minute walk away from the supermarket and location bakery. The best time to stay is for less than a month if you don't have a car because it is quite hard to access the train station on your day off (1 hour 30 walk to the station and 2 buses out of town a day) Thank you the Center for our stay in February :)

Fue una experiencia muy placentera, siendo mi primer voluntariado. Las actividades son fáciles de entender y de llevar a cabo, dentro de diferentes áreas para no caer en la rutina. Siempre se respetan los horarios asignados. Conocí personas muy agradables, de diferentes países... permitiendo así un intercambio cultural mutuo y un ambiente más ameno. No me queda más que agradecer por sus atenciones. Espero estar de vuelta muy pronto. Merci. (:

Estuve un mes en KMC, las actividades fueron variadas para no caer en la rutina, se respetó los tiempos establecidos, las actividades son fáciles. Conocí voluntarios muy lindos que hicieron mi estadía más placentera. Todo el equipo de KMC fue amable en todo momento, en especial Gyalwang que siempre estuvo para escucharnos. Gracias.
