Our stay was a wonderful experience and an unforgettable one. We will highlight especially the nature and the garden, where we worked on the strawberry field anda enjoyed relaxing moments. We especially loved the food and the treatment of Nicolas too, it was very comfortable and it helped us take a break of our busier lifestyles. We also met another volunter who stayed at the same time, a very nice and interesting person. Our favorite moments where dinner time, when we all gather together in the garden, to enjoy Nicola's delicious food and Drinks and share nice conversations!

Volunteering at Nicolas's charming home was a really nice experience. I had the chance to experience some local events around the city, we went on a bike ride, and I even got to enjoy some delicious and varied local cheeses. Nicolas is incredibly generous, and I felt welcome from the very first day. Thank you so much for accepting my last-minute request! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful spot surrounded by plenty of nature!

Fue nuestra primera experiencia en Worldpackers, y nos llevamos puras cosas buenas. Nicolas nos llevó al mercado, y a Sancerre, además de despertar en mi un amor al queso que no sabía que tenía. Nicolas is an amazing host and cook! He is really easygoing, kind, knowledgeable, respectful and supportive. He provides me a nice spacious room and give me a lot of flexibility and freedom in terms of working hours and working tasks. During free time he took me the local bakery to try the delicious fruit pie and the local market. We also did biking around his house! It was such a blast! Definitely recommend going if you want to connect to the nature and taste his homemade amazing food!!

I had a great time staying with Nicolas. This was my first experience working away and it didn't disappoint. The house/local area is very peaceful and Nicolas introduced me to the local wines and cheeses (which were amazing). There were lots of different types of work to do so I was able to choose from a range of tasks both indoors and out. Very chilled vibes and I would definitely recommend!

I recommend to go there if you want to connect with nature, being in a peaceful place, and relax during your free time. For future volunteers, you can comunicate with Nicolas and he can drive you from Paris to his place and from his place to Paris. Nicolas is very flexible and helpful and he cooks for you great meals. Also, it is a great place for biking.

Nicolas is an amazing host! We had a lot of fun with him doing the different jobs that needed to be done around the house, and we got to eat some great goat cheese and try good wines while talking at dinner with him. He is an excellent cook and an amazing host. I highly recommend this experience

It was a great experience! Honestly, Nicolas is an amazing host and a wonderful person. He's kind, respectful, and really goes at your pace. He gives you the space to talk, be creative, and bring your own ideas to whatever task you're doing. He also shared local cheeses and wines with us, and helped us connect with the culture overall. I highly recommend this volunteering experience — it truly is incredible

We had an amazing experience with Nicolas. He was a wonderful host and was always available to guide us when needed. There were a lot of things to do and we could choose what we wanted to do each day so the work required some independence and initiative which we liked. The accommodations were comfortable and the meals were delicious, often including local food and drinks.
