I had a lovely stay at the farm. Stephania and Keith were very welcoming. The trailer has the best view of the landscape and I enjoyed spending downtime looking over the pond. I enjoyed the outside physical work and learning a few new skills. It was plum season and there were more plums in harvest than I could pick to eat. Also Stephania is a great cook and the food was delicious.

Had a wonderful week at the farm. The property is stunning and Steph and Keith are so lovely and welcoming. The work was fun and manageable and Steph always cooked amazing meals to eat looking out at the gorgeous views. Felt like a holiday more than a work stint!

Minha experiencia foi incrivel, desde o momento que cheguei ate o final os anfitrioes se esforçaram o maximo para saber se eu estava confortavel. Na chegada fiz a limpeza da mobilehome, que nao estava suja mas sim fechada por bastante tempo, creio ter sido o primeiro hospede ali esse ano. as horas de trabalho me decepcionaram um pouco, afinal 35 horas já considero muito e acabei fazendo 48 na primeira semana, mas sem problemas. Os anfitriões me emprestaram uma bicicleta para que pudesse fazer um tour pela região e ao final me deram uma de presente, pretendo voltar e reviver tudo <3

Wir hatten eine arbeitsreiche Woche, aber wenigstens hattest du danach die zusätzlichen freien Tage 😀

Myself and my partner had the most incredible experience. Stephaina and Keith were so kind. Had amazing boundaries and were so clear with our tasks. We loved every single second. It was my first experience too and we got so lucky. Everything was as agreed and the work was rewarding and fulfilling. Stephaina is an incredibe cook too! Would great for couples too like we are!

From the moment I arrived, Keith and Steph, the wonderful hosts, made me feel like part of their extended family. My daily tasks varied from carrying logs after tree cutting, cleaning, and painting. These activities were fulfilling and provided a peaceful way to connect with nature. A special mention goes to David, one of the people I had the pleasure of working with. I sincerely hope future visitors have the opportunity to meet him, as his presence truly enriched my time there. My time there has left an indelible mark on my heart, and I'll forever be grateful to Keith and Steph.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, bei Keith und Steph zu wohnen. Sie waren liebenswert und sehr zuvorkommend uns gegenüber. Wir bestimmten unsere eigenen Zeiten, was bedeutete, dass wir sehr früh aufzustehen vermeiden konnten, aber es war manchmal schwierig, unsere Tage zu strukturieren. Es gab so viel Land zu entdecken und es fühlte sich so friedlich an. Meine Höhepunkte waren, Freundschaft zu den Tieren zu schließen und mich mit einer Katze auf der Veranda zu kuscheln. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Bereich in einem Wohnwagen hinter dem Haupthaus. Das bedeutete, dass wir uns keine Sorgen machen mussten, zu laut zu sein, aber da wir später in der Saison dort waren, war es nachts sehr, sehr kalt.

Wir hatten eine schöne, friedliche Zeit in der Fazenda. Es ist ein schöner Ort, umgeben von Natur, mit freundlichen Katzen, einer Ente (!), und grünem Gelände überall. Die Arbeit war befriedigend, vor allem Gartenarbeit; es war schön, viel Zeit draußen zu arbeiten. Wir hatten viel Zeit zum Entspannen und ein paar Ausflüge, um die Gegend zu erkunden; wir schätzten die Fahrten zu den Bahnhöfen und zu nahe gelegenen Dörfern. Es ist ziemlich isoliert, was es perfekt macht für jeden, der sich eine Auszeit nehmen und etwas Ruhe genießen möchte. Steph war freundlich, gelassen und kochte erstaunliche Suppen! Wir gingen mit dem Gefühl, erfrischt und dankbar für die Erfahrung zu sein.

It was a great experience! Steph and Keith are very nice and the place is really beautiful. I highly recommend going by car, because there is plenty to explore around. As a gardener, I enjoyed my stay, as there was a variety of gardening tasks to help them with, and they have good equipment. Thank you Steph and Keith!

We had a great stay here! Most of the work we did was gardening, and out of the eight days we worked, we had two completely free. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and there isn't a fixed schedule for work or for meals. We stayed in a mobile home just for the two of us, which was comfortable — although in the afternoons it could get really hot inside. Luckily, since we came by car, we could go out and explore the area, and we're so glad we did because the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Having a car made it much easier to visit little villages and enjoy the afternoons.

It was a wonderful experience in a very beautiful place, the hosts were always kind and considerate, the work, although harder some days, was equally enjoyable, being in contact with nature in such an incredible place and with such nice people is something that I definitely recommend , it was my first volunteering and I think it couldn't have been in a better place <3
