Ich hatte eine sehr positive Erfahrung im Roundstone House Hotel. Es war eine Freiwilligenstelle ohne finanzielle Vergütung. Die Erfahrung half mir, mein Englisch zu verbessern und Kenntnisse im Gastgewerbe zu erwerben. Roundstone ist ein kleines und ruhiges Dorf am Meer, mit freundlichen Einheimischen, und ich konnte dort einige schöne Kontakte knüpfen. Es ist zu beachten, dass die Anreise dorthin drei Busverbindungen von Dublin aus erfordert. Nach einem Monat Freiwilligenarbeit entschied ich mich, in der Gegend für die Saison länger zu bleiben und eine Vollzeitstelle zu finden. Siobhan war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mich im Prozess unterstützt, wofür ich das wirklich zu schätzen wusste.

Nos quedamos un mes en el hotel y la pasamos genial! La casa donde vivimos es muy cómoda y la compartimos con más voluntarios/trabajadores por lo que siempre estuvimos en contacto con otros viajeros. El trabajo es bastante pero es llevadero y simple de hacer. Siobhan fue con nosotros siempre muy atenta y cocina super rico! Hemos probado algunos platos típicos irlandeses que nos encantaron. Gracias Siobhan!

Since day one, Siobhán welcomed me with a smile and open arms. She consistently cared about my well-being and gave me great tips for local experiences. She even provided a bike I used a lot to explore the area. The work schedule was respected, meals were excellent, and working in the kitchen with Siobhán and Mora was genuinely fun - always full of laughs. The family and locals are lovely, the nature is spectacular, and taking care of Grandma's flowerbed and garden felt like a gift. I learnt a lot, thank you for the opportunity. I will carry unforgettable memories from the hotel and Irland.

The experience at the hotel was incredible. I would like to say a huge thank you to Siobhan, who treated me with great respect and affection, as if I were a member of her family, preparing delicious meals and providing very comfortable accommodation . The activities were exactly as described in the advert. The people who work there are very special and friendly! I was able to explore the surroundings of the hotel by bike, finding beautiful landscapes and beaches. The experience exceeded my expectations. I hope to come back to visit you one day!

Beautiful surroundings, delicious food cooked by Siobhan, great accommodation, I could not have asked for a better 3 weeks! You can explore Ireland in your free time. Work was 4 hours a day and could be challenging at times but I learned a lot.

I had a really nice time in the hotel despite it being the slow part of the shoulder season. The work wasn't much and the house we lived in was cozy. Everyone was very nice and it's a nice place to explore some of the nearby sights

This volunteering experience exceeded all my expectations. There were no reviews yet, so I took my chances and it was a wonderful surprise. I went with my boyfriend and we were very well received. Siobhan was great with us, always concerned about us having a great experience, she gave us lots of tips on places to visit. And the hotel is such a beautiful place, simply enchanting. There are beautiful beaches, mountains, and beautiful places to ride a bike all around; it's a sight to behold for those who love nature. Very good accomodation and good food. We loved it.

Volunteering at the hotel was amazing. Siobhan is very kind and attentive, she welcomed us very well! The job is basically helping in the kitchen during the shift, basic maintenance and discovering beautiful places in round stone, kkkk! the house where we live is complete, we had a private bedroom, a good bathroom and kitchen with washing machine. also had a bikes to trip around!! i recomend a lot if you think about volunteering in the hotel! probably i will go back!!
