Ich hatte eine unglaubliche Zeit beim Freiwilligendienst! Ich habe so viele Einheimische kennengelernt und es fühlte sich wirklich wie zu Hause an. Mir wurde sogar erlaubt, länger zu bleiben, als ich geplant hatte, weil ich so eine unglaubliche Zeit hatte. Die Arbeit ist fair und nicht kompliziert. Ich habe es geliebt, mit den Leuten zu sprechen, um ihnen zu helfen, ihr Englisch zu verbessern!

My experience was extremely positive. From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable at all times. I had the opportunity to interact with the staff, which greatly enriched my stay. The facilities are pleasant, the food is of excellent quality, and the schedule was quite flexible. I highly recommend this volunteer program, as it provides safety, comfort, and a welcoming environment in every sense. Moreover, as a woman, I always felt secure and supported, and the accommodation provided contributed significantly to making my experience truly rewarding.

Truly Grateful 🤩🤩 An Amazing Expirence Beyond What I Imagined. Im honestly so grateful for this opportunity. I didn't come with any expectations, but this expirience ended up surprising me in the best way posible.💯💯 The hotel is super comfortable and beatuful, with many great facilities - including swimming pools, sauna, 🧖🏻gym, billiards room, and more. The working hours were very manageable and relaxed, which gave me time to enjoy everything the place has to offer. The food was another big highlight: even though the app mentions two meals, i actually received three delicious buffet meals!! 😃

I was accepted to volunteer in the hotel with very short notice and I had a very warm welcome from the staff who work in the hotel. They were flexible about work options and my preferred hours, and the work in the cafe was easy and sociable, and I got to learn a lot of Turkish phrases through this. It's a great opportunity to experience local life in a small Turkish town and learn some Turkish, since the locals and staff generally don't speak a lot of English. I had a lot of fun with the staff and many relaxing moments in the nearby nature.

Volunteering at Esila Hotel was a great experience! The buffet meals were delicious, tasks were very easy, and we had access to the pool, sauna, and pool tables, which made everything super enjoyable. The place is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and always tries to communicate with you, creating a beautiful cultural exchange. I felt really welcomed and comfortable during my stay! 🥳🙏🏼

Cannot recommend this place enough! They accepted me on a short notice but still managed to make it a great experience. As soon as I arrived, Ahmed and Elnara welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. They took me for a tour of Termal, a small but beautiful little Turkish town, aswell as the bigger city the hotel close by. The work is just as agreed upon, the food is amazing, and I have absolutely no complaints about my stay here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Big thank you to everyone who was a part of my experience here <3

Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Gastgeber war negativ. Der Profilmanager ist nicht die Person, die tatsächlich Freiwillige empfängt. Vor der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass sie nicht mehr im aufgeführten Hotel arbeiten würden, und man bot einen anderen Freiwilligen in einer anderen Stadt an, was wir annahmen, weil wir das Land verlassen mussten, aber das war in ihrem Profil nicht vermerkt. Die Unterkunft war nicht wie versprochen; uns wurde gesagt, dass wir nur eine Woche in einem Einzelbett verbringen würden, aber wir verbrachten letztlich mehr als zwei Wochen, weil eine andere Person ihren Aufenthalt verlängerte, ohne dass wir es wussten; es gab keinen klaren Plan oder Zeitplan, die Aufgaben waren improvisiert und unorganisiert.

Wir sind vor dem festgelegten Datum gegangen und ich habe Worldpackers nicht aktualisiert, weil er nicht derjenige ist, der es betreibt. Er überprüft deine Informationen nicht; er schickt dir einen Fragebogen und zu seinem Instagram-Account, es scheint nur dazu da zu sein, Follower zu gewinnen. Er sagte uns, dass er nicht mehr im Hotel arbeitet und bot eine «Position» in einer anderen Stadt an; aus Not haben wir akzeptiert. Er versprach, dass wir nur eine Woche in einem einfachen Bett schlafen würden, während die andere Freiwillige ging, aber mehr als zwei Wochen vergingen und wir lagen immer noch auf einem Lattenrost, weil er die andere Frau bat, ohne uns zu benachrichtigen zu bleiben. Er hat keinen Plan oder Zeitplan für sein «Projekt»; die Aufgaben sind improvisiert.
