Als Caretaker für Kunst und Tourismus in Lappland bist du das Herz unserer einzigartigen Kunst-Tourismus-Seite in Moskosel. Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, die Schönheit und Integrität des Ortes zu bewahren, Besucher durch immersive kulturelle Erlebnisse zu führen und sicherzustellen, dass die Seite attraktiv ist, den Ort zu verbessern und Besucher willkommen zu heißen. Du wirst möglicherweise mit Künstlern zusammenarbeiten, Veranstaltungen unterstützen und dabei helfen, unvergessliche Erinnerungen in den ruhigen Landschaften Lapplands zu schaffen.

Kunst: Hilfe beim Malen, Graffiti, Bildhauerei oder Zeichnen.

Malen & Dekorieren: Hilfe beim Streichen oder Dekorieren der Einrichtung.

Bauen & Reparieren: Hilf bei verschiedenen Reparatur- oder Bauarbeiten.

Was Sie bekommen

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Programmdetails

As a Lapland Art & Tourism Caretaker, we expect you to bring passion and dedication to maintaining a unique art tourism site in Moskosel. Your responsibilities will include upkeep of the location, managing AirBNB or similar, guiding visitors, supporting cultural events, and ensuring the site remains a vibrant and welcoming space. We value creativity, a strong work ethic, and an appreciation for art and nature.

In return, you'll gain hands-on experience in cultural tourism. If you good carpentry skills, we may offer additional pocket money. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes of Lapland, explore its rich nature, and develop projects to enhance visitor engagement. Your contributions will be valued and recognized. This is not just a volunteer position—it's a chance to change your life and make a lasting impact on a special location in Lapland.

Regeln

We provide accommodation and basic food coverage in exchange for your support: 5 hours of contribution per day; 2 days off per week.
“Basic food coverage” means that we provide the basic foods needed. This includes items as rice, pasta, potatoes, oats/porridge, flour, and cooking basics (oil, salt).
Additional items are not included, but supporters are welcome to buy these themselves if they wish - We have a very cozy local shop and restaurant/coffee nearby, and you’re also welcome to go to Arvidsjaur, where there are several supermarkets and stores.
Normally, the days off are weekends, but depending on artistic residencies or other projects, we may adjust them in dialogue with you. Flexibility is part of our collective process.
