This was my first woldpackers experience and I absolutely loved it! Krish and Quincy were so nice and we got along well. You get your own little apartment which I seriously loved, it's well equipped and nicely decorated. The work in the garden was so much fun and Quincy is always open for new ideas and suggestions which is amazing. I got to grab eggs from the chickens every morning and even got a freshly baked bread which was a real dream. On your days off you have a lot of time exploring the home and there's so much to see around Hazelwood which is great! It was amazing!

Quincy war ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, und die Unterkunft war großartig — sie hatte alles, was man brauchte. Ich habe täglich 6 Stunden gearbeitet, was machbar war. Ich würde empfehlen, als Paar zu kommen, da die Gegend sehr ruhig ist, und ich denke, ein kurzer Aufenthalt von etwa einer bis eineinhalb Wochen ist ideal.

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und der Gastgeber war höflich und leicht zu kontaktieren. Die Arbeit betrug etwa sechs Stunden pro Tag, was definitiv machbar war, aber besonders an den wärmeren Tagen hart war. Das Frühstück war nicht immer verfügbar, aber wir fühlten uns trotzdem gut betreut. Die Lage ist friedlich und ziemlich abgelegen, daher könnte ein etwas kürzerer Aufenthalt (etwa 1–1,5 Wochen) für die meisten Reisenden perfekt sein. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier definitiv genossen.

Myself and my boyfriend spent 10 days in the home with Quincey & Krish, but definitely wished we'd stayed longer. We helped in the garden planting seeds and trees, lawn mowing and moving soil. The hours and days working were pre-arranged before and we both learnt a lot about gardening and sustainability. We had a lovely private space to stay in and felt really at home. There are amazing hiking trails and beautiful nature not far on the train and we had access to bikes for more local journeys to the shops and lookout points. Thank you again to our hosts who made our stay the best!

The hosts Krish and Qunicy are two wonderful and nice people. Our main task was to work in their garden. The tasks are always a bit different so it doesn't get boring. The work is usually from 8am to 1pm, sometimes it's a bit more tiring, sometimes less, but you can always talk to Quincy about your own ideas regarding the garden and what tasks you would prefer to do. Weekends are usually off and so is one weekday. We had our own beautiful little apartment with view of the garden. The house is quite nice located it is just a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the station. We really enjoyed our trip.

I loved it! You get your own little apartment with a nice view of the garden. The hosts are both very nice and we got along great! There's lots to see in the area and amazing short hiking trails (For example: Wentworth Falls or Paradise Pool). Especially if your traveling as a pair, I would definitely recommend!!

This was both mine and the hosts first Worldpackers experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the home. I felt safe and valued at all times. I had my own separate living space that was ideal. The work was mainly in the outside, weeding, cleaning and tidying the garden. I also did some cleaning inside the house when the weather wasn't good. The location was great for me, I had my own car which was awesome to visit the local area. The hosts recommended a few local walks and I and made some homemade bread which was lush, we also had a drink around the fire pit, I would recommend.
