Das Erlebnis

Wir suchen Freiwillige, die sich uns anschließen möchten, während der Weihnachtszeit und dabei helfen, die besten Erlebnisse für unsere Gäste zu schaffen! Genieße sonniges Málaga, während du uns am Empfang, auf der Dachterrasse, bei allgemeinen Hostelaufgaben wie Bettenmachen und Frühstücken hilfst und auch für große Gruppen (30/40 Personen) kochst. All dies während der Weihnachtszeit!

Was Sie anbieten

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Barkeeper: Mixe und serviere Getränke und hilf bei der Verwaltung des Getränkebestands.

Programmdetails

We are a medium size hostel with a total of 90 beds (www.thelights.es), one of the top rated and located in the heart of Malaga city center. We choose to use worldpackers for part of our staff because we think it helps create a nice, homey and fun ambiance, and one of your main tasks while staying with us would be to ensure our guests are having a great time and make the most out of their experience at the hostel!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

We are giving you various tasks of the hostel's everyday's life for about 25 hours a week in exchange for a bed in a shared dorm, breakfast and dinners, when we have them. There are also discounts at the hostel, in drinks and activities.

You will be working a maximum of 5 days a week and having at least two days off a week, doing between 5 to 10 hours a day to reach the max of 25 hours

The main task is socializing with guests and ensuring they are having their best time. Other tasks are taking care of the breakfast and cleaning after, making the beds and helping the housekeeper in the bedrooms, serving in the bar and helping the cook on diners nights. Sometimes you'll also do other shifts such as reception help, taking the guests out at night or to activities, going food shopping or helping us keep the place spotless by washing walls, or deep cleaning the fridge. We always try to keep it fair so everyone get a mix of all the shifts.
