This magical forest reserve is tucked away in quiet hills surrounded by cow pastures and nature. From the moment I met the staff, they treated me like family. The accommodation has been very cozy with a private room and even access to a lush organic garden. This has been an amazing opportunity to learn local culture and language as I was fully immersed in the staff and communicating in Spanish. The reserve has been a place of learning and also a place where I feel like I truly contributed in the kitchen. The kindness and hospitality here is unmatched, and I won't soon forget the experience.
