Hallo! Hello! Hallo!

Wir suchen freundliche und verantwortungsbewusste Freiwillige, die gerne kostenlos in unserer Dschungel-Hostel wohnen möchten und ein tägliches lokales Frühstück im Gegenzug dafür erhalten, beim Sauberhalten der Küche zu helfen und den Empfang bei Check-ins zu unterstützen.

Englisch ist erforderlich, da dies unsere Kommunikationssprache ist.

Unser Hostel wird familiengeführt, von einem tropischen Garten umgeben und es ist kein Party-Hostel...

22 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

Frühstück: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Frühstück an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Yoga-Kurse: Nimm an kostenlosen Yoga-Kursen bei uns teil.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Schneller Internetzugang: Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

You will be around many guests from all over the world and would work together closely with our international team.

Our hostel is located in the jungle and we run it as a family.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Position "Kitchen/Reception/Laundry":

We will need your help mainly at night in our communal hostel kitchen
and around the reception area:
Keeping kitchen, dining area and shared spaces tidy.

That includes:
Dry dishes, bring compost out, fill napkins, coffee, tea, fridge, clean surfaces/dining tables, let reception know if something is missing, hang out laundry, water plants, help with check-ins, help guest if they have questions, turn off lights, clean stove and wash dishes that guests forgot to do...

The rest of the day you are free to do whatever you want:
Go to the waterfall, the beaches, explore the area or just enjoy our wonderful facilities.

We are loceted up the hill by Uvita's waterfall.
It's one hour walk to the beach (the closest beach is part of the national park Marino Ballena) where you can surf, go for amazing beach walks, snorkel a bit and watch stunning sunsets.

It's a walk of 15 minutes to the closest supermarket.

No buses come up here but Uber and taxis are available anytime.

We don't rent bikes but you can rent bikes downtown.

The volunteer accommodation is shared with shared bathrooms.

Our hostel is located in the jungle and it's pretty open (walls aren't completely closed to allow the best air flow).
Bugs will enter but you got your mosquitonet tent to be protected and have some privacy.

You can use the big and fully equipped hostel kitchen and our fast and strong WiFi.
You will get a daily local breakfast.
