Hello and welcome!
We are a friendly and well-located hostel in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, and we are currently looking for responsible, positive, and motivated volunteers to join our team.
Our goal is simple: to create a warm, welcoming space where guests feel at home and where volunteers feel like part of the team.
Volunteer tasks may include:
• Assisting with check-ins and check-outs
• Reception support and guest communication
• Light housekeeping and room preparation
• Maintaining common areas
• Helping with social activities and guest interaction
• Creating promotional or social media content
We value reliability, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Previous hostel or hospitality experience is appreciated but not required.
Creative Opportunity:
We are also looking for a mural artist to help bring character and color to our hostel spaces. If you are applying for this role, please include a portfolio or examples of your previous work.

Volunteer Responsibilities:
• Cleaning rooms after guest check-out
• Preparing beds and ensuring rooms are ready for new arrivals
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas
• Assisting at reception (guest check-ins/check-outs, basic inquiries)
• Occasionally accompanying guests on local tours or activities
All tasks are shared within the team and rotate depending on daily needs.
Shifts:
Volunteers work approximately 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Shifts may vary between morning and afternoon/evening, depending on occupancy and operational requirements. The schedule is organized in advance to ensure fairness and balance.
We aim to maintain a supportive team environment where responsibilities are clear and communication is open.
After 23:00 no activities in the backyard that are noisy. It's forbidden to bring other people that are not staying at the hostel. No smoking inside. Bring you best self!
