Thao is such an amazing host! You always feel welcome, and overall the volunteer experience is super rewarding. The Ha the home and Cao Bang loops are as life-changing as advertised, and you musn't miss them when you come here. I look forward to seeing Thao and the team again soon, and wish them all the best.

The home House truly is like a home! Thao and her family make you feel like you belong here. The accommodation is really good and clean. They accommodated me really well with all meals since i am vegetarian 💞 They also give you a volunteer discount on the loop . The work doesn't even feel like work. I am truly glad to have spent my time here! Must recommend if someone wants to immerse themselves in local food and culture and experience the amazing Vietnamese hospitality! Definitely coming back ♥️♥️

I loved my time so much at the home! I felt welcomed immediately by staff and other volunteers. The food was so yum and was good to get a taste of traditional Vietnamese food. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some chill time in Ha the home. 🧡

My experience at the home was really fun! The staff and other volunteers were extremely welcoming and helpful with showing us our responsibilities. My fiancée and I helped by cleaning the open areas, washing dishes, and teaching english to their staff and daughter. We often had lunch and dinner with the hosts, staff, and other volunteers which made the experience that much more enjoyable and welcoming. I would extremely recommend this experience for those who want to meet new travelers as well as locals!

I volunteered here for a week and had a great time there. I was greeted by a volunteer upon arrival. The task I signed up for before arriving was receptionist. However, since they had enough volunteers for reception, I ended up doing cleaning and housekeeping work. The work was straightforward. The host, staffs and other volunteers were nice. We often had meals together. All the meals were home cooked and were really good! The main thing that could made this experience even better was for the host to engage with the volunteers more. Overall, highly recommend!
