We are looking for responsible, proactive, and respectful volunteers who genuinely want to experience rural life in Paraguay. Your main role will be supporting our small family farm through daily tasks such as feeding animals, collecting eggs, gardening, and helping with general maintenance.
We expect commitment, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Some tasks are outdoors and may require physical effort, so being comfortable with manual work is important.
In return, we offer a safe and welcoming family environment, comfortable accommodation inside our home, shared traditional meals, and the opportunity to practice Spanish (and hear Guaraní). You will experience authentic countryside living, cultural exchange, and real daily life with a Paraguayan family.
Communication and mutual respect are very important to us. We want this to be a positive and enriching experience for everyone.
Actividades
Feeding chickens (morning and afternoon)
Collecting and cleaning eggs
Assisting with egg incubation and chick care
Watering, planting and weeding in the vegetable garden
Cleaning and maintaining animal corrals
General outdoor organization and small improvement projects
Turnos
Volunteers collaborate 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Most tasks are done in the morning (around 7:00–12:00) to avoid the heat, with some light afternoon animal care when needed.
Weekends are free unless we agree on flexible adjustments. Afternoons are free for rest or exploring the area.
We live as a family, so respect, good communication, and cleanliness are very important to us.
