Come create, explore, and share the magic of one of Vietnam's most breathtaking destinations! We are a hotel, bar, and restaurant nestled in the heart of Tam Coc, Ninh Binh — surrounded by dramatic limestone karsts, emerald rice fields, and winding rivers. Our guests come from all over the world seeking authentic Vietnamese experiences, and we want you to help us tell that story.As our Social Media Content Creator volunteer, you'll have the unique opportunity to capture the beauty of our property and the soul of Tam Coc — from golden-hour cocktails on the terrace to steaming bowls of local food and boat rides through stunning river caves. Your creative eye will help us grow our online presence and attract travelers from around the globe.This is the perfect program for someone who is passionate about travel content, photography, videography, and storytelling — and who wants to live and work in one of Vietnam's most stunning landscapes.
Daily Shift: 5 hours per day (flexible scheduling, typically morning or afternoon)Your work will be split across two main areas:Content Creation (approx. 3 hours)
Photograph and film the hotel, bar, restaurant, food & drink offerings, surroundings, and guest experiences
Capture video reels, short-form clips (TikTok/Instagram Reels), and photography for Instagram and Facebook
Scout and shoot content around Tam Coc — rice paddies, river views, local life, and nearby attractions that reflect the lifestyle of staying with us
Collaborate with our team on upcoming promotions, seasonal dishes, or events that need coverage
Content Editing & Scheduling (approx. 2 hours)
Edit photos and videos to a high, publish-ready standard using your preferred tools
Write captions, suggest hashtags, and prepare content to be posted
Deliver a set of ready-to-post content pieces daily to the management team
Maintain a consistent, appealing aesthetic that reflects our brand
To make this experience great for everyone, we ask all volunteers to follow these simple rules:
✅ Be kind, respectful, and friendly — to our team, our guests, and the local community at all times. Good vibes only!
✅ Create content every single day — a minimum of one ready-to-post piece of content (photo or video) must be delivered to management daily during your stay.
✅ Quality matters — all content should be edited and polished before submission. Raw, unedited files will not be accepted as your daily deliverable.
✅ Respect the schedule — show up for your 5-hour shift consistently. Reliability is key.
✅ Represent us well — content should be positive, authentic, and aligned with our brand. When in doubt, check with management before posting anything directly.
✅ Care for equipment — if any equipment is provided by the property, treat it with respect.
✅ No-show policy — missing shifts without prior notice may result in the end of the volunteer agreement.
