This is a private off-grid project in the Italian countryside, surrounded by nature and still very much a work in progress.
I'm looking for people who enjoy practical outdoor work, simple living, and being part of a real project rather than staying in a finished place. Tasks can vary depending on the season and current priorities, but usually involve gardening, land maintenance, keeping outdoor areas tidy, and helping with small DIY projects.
I don't expect professional skills, but I do appreciate a positive attitude, common sense, reliability, and a willingness to help. Most of the work takes place outdoors, so you should be comfortable getting your hands dirty and adapting to different activities.
In return, I offer a simple and authentic experience, surrounded by nature, with shared meals, accommodation, and the opportunity to learn about off-grid living, practical problem-solving, and life in the countryside. I also run an online photography business, so if you're interested in content creation, remote work, or entrepreneurship, I'm always happy to share what I've learned.
This experience is best suited to open-minded people who enjoy simplicity, nature, and contributing to something that is still growing and evolving.
Daily activities may include:
Gardening and land maintenance
Pruning and clearing vegetation
Keeping outdoor areas clean and organized
Helping with small DIY and construction projects
Organizing tools and materials
General practical support when needed
Schedule:
Around 4–5 hours per day
4-5 days per week
Usually in the afternoon
Flexible schedule depending on weather and project needs
Two days off per week (can be consecutive)
