La experiencia

Join our cozy oceanfront guesthouse overlooking a scenic bay in the small community of Sandspit, on the northern coast of BC. Help with day-to-day guesthouse operations during the summer season (May–September), including housekeeping and gardening. In the shoulder and off-season, tasks may include maintenance, gardening, and light construction projects. While some summer tasks are scheduled, volunteers generally manage their own time and schedule

Desayuno: Tienes derecho a desayunos gratis cada día de tu estadía.

Almuerzo: Tienes derecho a almuerzos gratis cada día de tu estadía.

Cena: Tienes derecho a cenas gratis cada día de tu estadía.

Puedes usar libremente nuestra lavandería.: Hay un lugar especial donde se lava la ropa sin costo.

Tours gratis: Te llevamos a tours y paseos por la ciudad, GRATIS.

Bicicletas a tu disposición: Puedes usar nuestras bicicletas cuando quieras.

Programa detallado

We have hosted volunteers for the past 15 years, from a variety of countries. We enjoy meeting new people and appreciate the help in the day-to-day operations of the Guest House, especially in the busier summer months.

Actividades & Turnos

Work is straightforward and well organized. Guest check-out is at 11 am and check in time at 3 pm. All cleaning and laundry duties are to be done within this time window. Some days are busy, some are very quiet. There are also a variety of tasks we can give in the garden or in light maintenance around the property.

Reglas

We can usually host one person at a time, sometimes couples. We cannot accommodate travelers with pets.
We usually prefer to host mature (preferably over 25 years old) and independent helpers.
We usually would host helpers for 3 weeks minimum, but can sometimes be flexible.
We prefer to host travelers and people on vacation rather than digital nomads.
