It was my first time and I feel so lucky! Cris, Ayşe, Usame, and Brahim were like a family to me. I stayed in a very nice and comfortable girls' dorm. The working hours were fair, and breakfast and dinner were very delicious. Everyone was so kind and respectful. thank you so much for everything and for meeting you all! Also, the location is great. If you don't know the area, just book this place. It is right in the center and very close to the beach! By the way, it can get cold at night, so make sure to bring a longsleeved shirt with you. <3

I had a pleasant time volunteering at the guest house. The shifts are from 9am-2pm, you help preparing the breakfast and then cleaning the rooms. In exchange for that you get 2 free meals a day and a bed in one of the dorms. The staff working in the hostel is really nice, which creates a good working atmosphere. In your free time you can explore Taghazout and the area, there is a lot to see.

Amidor was my first volunteering experience, and it was the best choice I ever made. I was welcomed like part of the family, shared moments with their relatives, heard stories about the Amazigh people, learned about Islam. I feel at home, and that was the most special part. Besides that, Taghazout is an incredibly peaceful and beautiful place. The tasks were simple daily routines and very easy to carry out. On top of that, there wasn't a single day I worked without laughing, which made the work even lighter and more enjoyable. The Amidor people holds a special place in my heart. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Hostel Amidor. The space is very welcoming, and the location is amazing. They respect the working hours agreed upon on the platform and were very flexible with me regarding the days I could take off. What stood out the most to me were the people who work there. I connected deeply with them, they are incredible individuals who make everyday life feel light and truly enjoyable. Through them, I was able to connect with the local culture and learn so much. It was a truly enriching experience.

Amazing family vibes! I extended my stay because it feels like a real home. You get a shared 8-bed dorm, 2 delicious meals daily, and the job is super easy. Plus, just 2 mins from the beach! They strictly honor the 5 days/5 hours schedule. Just be honest: this is "Moroccan style" work. If you need strict control and rigid organization, look elsewhere. Communication is relaxed, and things flow fluidly. But if you don't mind flexibility and love a chill family atmosphere, this place is perfect. Great food, easy work, and beautiful beach access. Come with an open mind and enjoy the good life!
