Mi estancia en el hostel fue increíble! Realmente lo disfruté. Las vistas de las montañas son algo que va a tener un lugar en mi corazón 🤍. Un hostel muy limpio y bien mantenido, con cortinas, luz y una pequeña estantería en cada cama. Ambiente relajado y fácil, pero también amigable para socializar y conocer gente. Me encantó enseñar clases de vinyasa por las mañanas en la azotea! El desayuno también fue increíble!

Las clases matutinas de yoga vinyasa en la azotea fueron realmente especiales, y a nuestros huéspedes les encantaron. Ayudaste a crear una sensación muy agradable y feliz para todos.

Realmente disfruté del entorno y del trabajo; es muy fácil conocer a otros viajeros y Ella es una ciudad muy agradable con mucho por hacer.
Sithara me dio los mejores consejos, escuchó mis ideas (actividades, juegos, fiestas) y me apoyó en todos los sentidos.

Beautiful hostel with amazing views and close to Ella town, I had 2 yoga classes a day however sometimes no one came. The rooms are nice and have a privacy curtain, I think I came on a week where there were some problems with bookings and unfortunately the host had some health problems so I didn't really speak much to the staff , they were lovely and friendly when I did but there wasn't much communication and it was unclear what I was supposed to get in exchange eg I only got bed and breakfast, no dinner or laundry free, however I still loved my time here:)

This was my first volunteering experience and I could have not asked for a better one! The atmosphere in the hostel is very comfy and social and Sithara, his family and the boys made me feel like home from the beginning! I mainly worked at the reception and was there for the guests :) The working hours were quite flexible and there was also enough time to explore Ella and the surroundings. Sithara was always available over phone whenever I needed something and everyone took good care of me. And not to forget: the views are amazing!

oye Viki. perdón por tardar en escribir algo sobre ti. la gente tiene que saber. eres la mejor persona que hemos conocido, Giada. eres tan amable y todos somos flexibles para hacerlo. no hay ningún trabajo duro para nosotros. cuidas de la recepción y del desayuno de nuestro hostal. esa parte hiciste un gran trabajo para nosotros. muchísimas gracias por todo... esperamos verte de nuevo en otra ocasión. gracias por toda la ayuda que nos has brindado para nuestro hostal. siempre eres parte de nuestra familia...

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The host was always available and ready to help with anything I needed. The whole family was kind and welcoming, making me feel at home from the very beginning. They supported me whenever I needed assistance and never made me feel like a burden. Communication is key, and I truly appreciated how open and helpful the host was throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and supportive environment! On top of that, the location is amazing!

The owner & family were super welcoming & helpful to me! The rooms were comfy, however I did have to change rooms couple times! It was a bit confusing about meals, however Breakfast was included and they give you lots of food! I was given freedom to teach how I wanted which was nice, as it was low season I sometimes didn't have anyone show up. The hostel is very spacious and beautiful view! The only downfall was the 'content creator' was very invasive and when I tried to respectfully communicate this he adopted a very rude attitude toward me. Despite this I had a good stay. Thank you!

All in all it was a good experience! The rooms were lovely and I met a lot of lovely people during my stay! My job was to do some artwork on the walls but my stay got lost within the system so they wasn't aware I was coming, it was quickly sorted out and they still took me in and made me feel welcome but due to this I didn't have the materials to do the artwork and the host couldn't find what I needed anywhere locally. I would recommend as it was a great stay but just make sure you communicate what is expected beforehand as I felt a little useless for a lot of my stay without the materials.
