Fue muy agradable hospedarse en el hotel. La vista del hotel es encantadora y hay stand-up paddle y kayak disponibles de forma gratuita. Maidenhead es un pueblo hermoso y está a 1 hora y 30 minutos de Londres. Las tareas eran simples: preparar el desayuno, atender la recepción y realizar una limpieza ligera. El horario es muy flexible y es posible que acabes trabajando menos si no hay mucha actividad. Además, en total los voluntarios reciben £30 para compartir para las compras de comestibles semanalmente. Latifa fue una excelente gerente y manejó todo muy bien, ¡y fue realmente útil para los voluntarios! Recomendaría este lugar a todos.

Nuestro voluntariado comenzó de forma positiva, pero se deterioró bajo la nueva gerente Tara. ¡Hola! Me alojé en este hotel el hotel, con mi novio como voluntarios, y fue una experiencia verdaderamente gratificante. Angelika, la dueña, y Yumi, la gerente, fueron increíblemente amables. El hotel tiene un ambiente cálido y agradable. El lugar está rodeado de hermosos paisajes que invitan a relajarse. My time at the hotel was incredible. The property is absolutely gorgeous, a historic house right on the Thames, surrounded by nature and beautiful walking trails. The grounds are stunning, and every day felt peaceful and inspiring. Angelika, Yumi, and Helle were so kind and made the experience unforgettable. Yumi is a brilliant manager! She is kind, patient, and always supportive, which made the work smooth and enjoyable. The tasks were fun, with plenty of interaction with guests from around the world in such a rich, vibrant, and creative setting. I'd return in a heartbeat!

I truly loved every minute of this volunteer experience. Angelika and her family are absolutely lovely, and I was surprised by how much it felt like home. The tasks didn't even feel like tasks because I was just taking care of the most adorable little creature in the world: Cooper. The location is stunning, right on the hotel Thames with breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. Despite the peaceful setting, it's well-connected to London, and the Maidenhead area is surrounded by beautiful nature.
