This was the best volunteer experience my boyfriend and I have done so far, the hostel vibe is really nice and chill and all of the guests are so lovely it was so nice for us to meet so many travellers. The work didn't feel like work at all it was really fun organising events and activities to enjoy with the guests. The managers are all amazing and welcomed us in instantly, they really care about the hostel and the people, not about making money. The hostel staff are also really lovely and the accommodation we stayed in was great, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank u!!❤️

This was the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The tasks were fun and never felt like work, and the whole team was incredibly kind and supportive. The place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and I met some of the loveliest people there. I felt at home almost instantly and comfortable the entire time. I would come back anytime if I get the chance.

We had an amazing experience volunteering at the hostel, such a vibe. We were welcomed since minute one and treated as family. Load of respect and love showed from the hosts, it made our experience easy and fun. We will 100% recommend to help them as social volunteers and enjoy the experience . It's something you need to try . Thank you for everything guys.

My time at the hostel was very nice! The staff is great and kind (big hug to Ishari and Delicia). The beds are very confortable and the hostel is super clean. The job is easy and chill. They have amazing food nearby and the beach is just a fez minutes away :) thank you so much Azza and Harshit.

I have been volunteering at the hostel for 5 weeks and this experience could not be better ! I loved every minute of it, met sooo many travelers from around the world and AZA (the owner) was outstanding ! He's a people's person and he cares about everyone so much ! I loved being there. Thank you Aza ❤️❤️❤️

Volunteering at the hostel was honestly one of the best decisions I've made. Everyone in Arugam Bay knows it as the social spot where people love to come hang out in the garden the hostel. The work never felt like work, it was super flexible and mostly about connecting with guests, organising afternoon activities or parties, doing check-ins/check-outs, and helping promote events, plus the amazing coffee from the barista. The managers are two easygoing, kind, and helpful guys who make everything smooth and stress-free. I left with beautiful memories, amazing connections and a love for Arugam.
