I loved my first week there, the bartending they expect from you is very simple and Ashwin is very friendly. It was the most lively hostel of the area and everyone was looking to socialize. I chose to leave about one week earlier, because I started to feel like 6 h per day in exchange to accommodation and free breakfast-lunch, that I kept missing because my shift ended at 2 am, was not worth it. A premade work schedule would help us know our shifts and days-off in advance and avoid working for 7+ days straight.

This is home away from home, you will have so much fun meeting international travelers and connecting with the goa culture. The shifts were very easy and chill, the food was also very good and the party atmosphere is a reflection of what goa is about. All the beaches are a few minutes walking distance and you will always have enough time for you to enjoy the bucketlist life. I highly recommend it if you look for a western style experience while you travel through the universe of India.

Where do I even start ! Wow what an amazing place to meet people from all over the world It's a very social hostel and you make loads of friends the staff are all super friendly and helpful it's bar work so you get go learn the basics if you don't already know which is a good skill to take away from this experience. I'm sure I will be back one day ! I'd highly recommend voulenteering here

Note this is a party hostel. If you are looking to party, socialise and immerse yourself in the local culture then this is a great opportunity for you. Make sure to discuss with your host before what are your expected shifts and day to day role responsibilities. The room I was first put in was really basic but you can always upgrade your room for a small fee to have a clean private apartment. I would recommend this if you want some comfort. Overall, host is very nice, interesting guy that has travelled all over and has great stories.

Had a great time hosting Meg. Could't spend much time when she was around as I was travelling. But the short interactions we had was great. She was responsible and had an amazing personality, perfect for the hostel vibe. Would definitely recommend her and wishing her a safe travels ahead!

This was just insanely fun. If you're looking to have a home base to meet new faces, have interesting conversations, learn about Goa, laugh, and be in a positive environment, this is it.

My time in the hostel was great. The whole team was amazing, and other volunteers became family very quickly :) Work was fun, there is never a boring day in this hostel. It is also very close to the beach and all the party places. Already missing Goa ❤️

Petra was such a vibe. She had such a good energy and not sure where it came from. Fun to have her around the bar and she was engaging with the customers and other team members. Can get carried away a little but with specs, can't really say anything. Would love to stay at her hostel when she opens and I wish her all the best for the future. Would recommend her to any hostels looking for a positive soul.

I had such a wonderful experience in the hostel, the best volunteering I had so far 🤩. Great hosts and friends, Ashwin and Rahul made me feel always welcomed and appreciated. I bond really well with the other volunteers and we created a little family atmosphere all together. the hostel has vibrating and joyful vibes, perfectly located to reach different beaches easily. He was one of the best team member we had and it was a pleasure to work with him and party with him.If you are hostel, and looking for an energetic positive team member and who is dedicated, I absolutely recommend him. Had a good time here. The other volunteers were so much fun to work with and the crowd that the hostel attracts is generally really really lovely. Was nice to learn a lot about the local culture. Only thing I would warn is as it is a bar environment if you are a woman there will be the odd creep. Not the hostel's fault, and they told me if anyone was making me really uncomfortable that they could ask them to leave and even check people out, so they do do their best, just something to be aware of :)
