El Centro tocó mi corazón de maneras que guardaré conmigo durante mucho tiempo. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa realizando voluntariado en el Centro. Es un lugar tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza, con una comunidad acogedora y personas de muchos orígenes diferentes. Disfruté especialmente trabajar en la cocina junto a chefs altamente capacitados. Todo está preparado con gran cuidado, y la comida es verdaderamente increíble. Se me confiaron responsabilidades que nunca imaginé tener, y estoy profundamente agradecido por esa confianza. Más que nada, el Centro me dio un verdadero sentido de pertenencia. Aprendí mucho y establecí conexiones significativas.

El Centro tiene un lugar especial en mi corazón. Me sentí como en casa rápidamente: la naturaleza, la atmósfera y las personas crean un espacio estabilizador y transformador para desacelerar y encontrar la calma, con energía ocasional de retiro vibrante. El equipo se siente como una pequeña familia: comidas y momentos compartidos, y aún hay mucho espacio personal. Todo está bien organizado por Eve y Dieter, mientras nos tratan a todos como iguales, en lugar de una jerarquía. Es un lugar de cocreación donde tus ideas importan. La flexibilidad es necesaria durante los momentos de mayor actividad, pero la comunicación es clara y el apoyo es sólido. Una experiencia verdaderamente gratificante.

Estoy muy agradecido de haber tenido esta experiencia en el Centro y me sentí parte del equipo desde el primer día. Esta es una experiencia realmente única en la que he podido ver muchas formas diferentes de retiro, y he disfrutado enormemente trabajando en la cocina, así como conectando con los otros voluntarios fantásticos e incluso los huéspedes que asisten a los retiros. Esta es una experiencia inolvidable para mí; he aprendido mucho sobre mí mismo. My volunteering experience at the Center was simply incredible! I felt so welcomed by Dieter, who is kind and always ready to help from the first moment, he genuinely cares about the volunteers and his project. The team is fantastic – always supporting each other, it felt like being part of a big family! We worked & had fun! Eve, our manager, is amazing! The tasks I did mostly were helping in the kitchen and gardening! The working hours were respected! The food is delicious! The castle, the gardens, the 🐱, the birds singing.. what an amazing experience! I am soo grateful! Dankuwel ♥️

This was my first experience as a volunteer with worldpackers. I am super happy that this amazing first experience was here. the Center Retraite Centrum is a beautiful place with wonderful views and areas to spend time to connect with yourself. I had very deep and significant moments with different activities and great people; highly recommended. I would like to thank especially Dieter for his generous heart, and empathy with everyone and his passion in this project. Spending time with the international volunteers was really enriching, Chef: Kristin, her experience and delicious flavors.

I'm profoundly grateful for my time spent at the Center. It was an extraordinary experience! The place is beautiful and super comfortable but the opportunity to share with the marvelous people that coincided with while the 8 weeks I spent there was the real gift! I enjoyed every task given weather it was cooking with Kristine, Sarah or Charlotte; making the beds with Lhamo, or washing the dishes of 30 (very satisfied)people with another volunteer, it was always fun and easy. Dieter is a caring leader, always making sure everybody is ok, all them are in my heart now forever! Thank you <3

Apart from the lovely staff and ambiance, this experience allowed me to sharply increase my cooking skills while giving me the unique opportunity to converse with people from all over the world. The working schedule is balanced; your weeks are split, typically with 3-5 days of free time in between group sessions, so you'll be able to explore different cities, practice new skills, or just take some downtime on the grounds playing with the cats and meditating. To sum up, I absolutely recommend the Center. Also, if you sign up quickly, I left some truffle honey in the kitchen ;)

The Center is an awesome place filled with positive energy and surrounded by nature, I met great people there. The host, Dieter was very kind and friendly making sure we were all having a good time, I also got along well with the other volunteer, in our spare time, we visited other cities. The tasks were simple and there was always room to be creative and develop some new skills. I definitely recommend this experience if you are looking for some peace of mind, to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
