We are looking for enthusiastic people that are keen to be a part of our team for a short term. Tell us how YOU can help - staff training is very important to us! You might be asked to help with the grounds/gardening, social media, photography, and maintaining excellent customer service or training programs for our permanent employees. Being able to entertain our guests or organize events would be a huge bonus - and fun

Vuelos, Seguro de Viaje, Transporte Interno y Visa
In Zambia, all volunteers, consultants or people working are required to obtain a Business Visa upon arrival which is valid for a maximum of 30 days. We are happy to help with advise about this process but the cost is for the volunteer (generally US$50 directly to Immigration upon arrival). We strictly require all Worldpackers to obtain this (it's easy but it's necessary!).
The expected work week is 5 shifts per week and generally about 6-8 hours though we are certainly flexible.
Ideally, we would love to host Worldpackers that are keen to train our Zambian employees in any area that betters their skills - from gardening to wine pairing to customer service training, it's all great! We also want Worldpackers that are enthusiastic and social and act as great ambassadors for our lodge. We would love for you to get involved with special evening events - think outside the box!
