Programa detallado
Thousands of teachers around Uganda are without the necessary training and support, and so as a consequence students aren’t reaching their full potential. PARC is working to change this, and that is where you come in. As a volunteer, you’ll draw on your experience to advise on teacher motivation, helping to develop appropriate teaching methodologies, ensuring that school curriculum remains relevant to community needs, train and advise teachers and parents on ensuring that both children and parents remain motivated to support quality education, and check resources are fit for purpose. In addition, the volunteer will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of the placement.
Actividades & Turnos
Educating our children is one of the main goals and priorities, though we consider education in a holistic manner that transcends the boundaries of the typical classroom. We welcome your ideas to helping these children grow and become prepared for the world.
