Bartending: Prepara, sirve y haz inventario de las bebidas.

We ask for 27h of work per week (4h30 x 6 days) in exchange for accommodation, unlimited basic food (rice, pasta, beans, lentils, oats, and pancake flour), some fresh fruits, and discounts at our bar and restaurant 🍔🌮🍻
The tasks are general cleaning, attending to the reception and at the bar, entertaining people, and a bit of maintenance when needed.
We ask for a minimum of 2 months commitment and we’re looking for people with good vibes and a good attitude, who like meeting new people and that can speak a bit of Spanish
Volunteers should be especially dynamic, proactive, and willing to roll with the punches and cover any task necessary to help the team.
A positive and responsible attitude, and the ability to work as a team are a must.
Tasks that volunteers are expected to fulfill with us depend on the specific shift they have, but generally include:
- Must be able to use a computer, scanner and Whatsapp
- Checking in and out our guests
- Must be responsible for maintaining the cash organized (in multiple currencies)
- Be capable to attend the bar and work under pressure (just a bit ;))
- Be capable of cleaning rooms, toilets, changing beds, or anything that may be necessary
- Be able to entertain people, and organize drinking games
- Have experience with customer service.
- Multilingual skills are highly valued
- Taking initiatives
We are NOT a drug-friendly Hostel. Getting shitfaced is A-Ok, but on the legal stuff only. Anyone found with drugs will be asked to leave.
