Volunteering at the hostel has been amazing! Jose and Martina run the place impressively well and theyre super kind as well as Elline and Annita . Having the company of the other volunteers is great as well. You couldn't ask for a better balance of responsibilities and privileges. The culture here in cali and especially the hostel is all about salsa. If you want to learn, this is the place!!

My first and without a doubt the best volunteering I will ever done ! The hostel is beautiful & the atmosphere is so warm that I felt like I was living with my family. The hosts care about our well-being. Everything is done to make is easy to meet and socialize with travelers. The city of Cali is full of activities & lives to the rhythm of the salsa. Working in the cafe was absolutely fabulous with Martina teaching me how to serve delicious coffee to the lovely travelers. Everything was very clear and the working hours allowed me to have free time. A big thank you I will never forget it !

Voluntariar no hostel foi uma experiência positiva; o trabalho é justo e a carga horária é respeitada. Há muito tempo livre para aproveitar a cidade. Os voluntários recebem hospedagem com o café da manhã, entrada gratuita para festas e food tour, o que faz você economizar muito durante sua estadia aqui. A gerente Anitta é prestativa e boa líder. Recomendo este voluntariado.

Wow what a month!! I have had one of the best months of my trip here. Cali is amazing, the hostel is amazing & I will remember my time here for a looooong time!

It was the best volunteering ever! I mean.. everything is perfect, clear and organized ! The staff couldn't be nicer and flexible and it takes 1 minute to feel part of the family ♥️ José (the owner) is super friendly and funny. Annita (the manager) is so kind and always ask the preference of the days and schedules you'd like to work. The tasks are clear and reception is super easy to manage. Everyone is super helpful. It is good vibes only. Also I never seen such a comfortable and clean hostel with so many chill areas. Hope to come back, at least to visit ♥️ Thank you 🙏🏼

Lovely the hostel Family, What can I say? Spending time with you has been one of the best experiences in my life. I could have not asked for a better place to spend my time in Cali. Everything was perfect. The volunteering was exactly what I expected, the job was easy and the hours were perfect.

I had an amazing time in the hostel. The hostel is really one big family. Not only among the volunteers but also guests that come tend to stay longer than they planned. There's enough free time to explore the city and most of all learn some salsa! 100% recommend this hostel and love all the legends I met there!

My experience here at the hostel has been incredible. The duties of reception and bar work created opportunities for my self growth to flourish whilst in a safe and welcomed environment. I highly recommend volunteering here, you'll learn about the Cali culture and immerse yourself within the community.

Such a great volunteering experience! Jose and the team at the hostel have created such a family workplace and had an extremely fun and welcoming environment. They were flexible with tasks and assisted you where ever it was needed. I would highly recommend this volunteering experience to anyone and would love to return in the future!!

Such a great and fun place, could have stayed much longer than 3 weeks! It's a truly amazing hostel, always something to do if you want, but also plenty of space to relax. The work in reception was easy, a bit busy sometimes, but definitely doable. Shifts are always during the day (AM or PM shift), mostly in reception and sometimes in the bar. And also many days off, so enough time to exlore Cali! Thank you so much Jose, Martina, Annita and all the other volunteers and staff for the best experience :)
