He pasado unas fantásticas 6 semanas y recomiendo fuertemente este establecimiento. El ambiente es maravilloso, excelente comodidad de la casa , los perros son muy tiernos, y además el paisaje es hermoso, donde invita a relajar y disfrutar mucho. Y si te gustan los caballos entonces es el lugar ideal; se aprende muchísimo sobre la naturaleza de los caballos, sus hábitos y sobre todo la manera de relacionarse con ellos desde una perspectiva de confianza y buen trato. En definitiva, lo recomiendo absolutamente!! I felt like I was dream and I'm very grateful, I had a really good time.

¡La experiencia fue absolutamente fantástica! 1000 estrellas. Yolande y David son increíblemente amables y acogedores, haciéndome sentir como en casa. La casa es espaciosa y muy cómoda, incluso en invierno. Dolton es un pueblo encantador y tranquilo para explorar. Trabajar con los caballos fue un punto culminante; son muy amables y las tareas son fáciles de seguir. Los perros son tan adorables; te encantarán. La cocina de Yolande es maravillosa y realmente reconforta el alma. El intercambio de experiencias es muy amplio porque Yolande y David son personas curiosas, de mentalidad científica, a las que les encanta enseñar y aprender sobre todo.

¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar! He pasado un tiempo maravilloso y he aprendido mucho sobre los caballos y el hermoso jardín con plantas nativas inglesas y lirios de Guernsey. Los perros son absolutamente adorables, y el alojamiento es muy cómodo. Por todas estas razones y muchas más, ¡lo recomiendo de todo corazón! 🪻🐴🐶

I have spent two and a half wonderful months here and I highly recommend this establishment. The comfort of the house is excellent. The landscape is also very beautiful. It's an ideal place to relax and enjoy yourself. The dogs are very sweet too, and if you like horses, this is the perfect place. You will learn a lot about their nature, behaviour and the care they need to ensure their welfare. Most importantly, you get to connect with them through trust and respectful treatment. For all of this and more, I absolutely recommend this experience!

That was my first time volunteering, I'm grateful I could be part of the whole atmosphere, that I could see all those fabulous places Dolton and its neighbourhood can offer! Yolande and David treated my with so much love!They're very inspiring people,I was amazed how they are commited to their lifestyle. The community is truly accepting, I loved attending art group with the lovely ladys! Dolton is remote and exactly that is its magic, you can stroll in the forest, climb up the hills, enjoy the views by the river. I will never forget the memories I gained during my stay, it was lifechanging!

I spent a wonderful month in Dolton and couldn't be more grateful. Yolande and David welcomed me with open arms, and the village community made my time even more special. Through activities like art group, I met so many inspiring people. Dolton's peaceful, remote setting made it the perfect place to slow down and recharge. My tasks in February involved stable work, along with household chores. If you want to take a break from everyday life while growing personally, this is the perfect place for you. But be warned: saying goodbye is hard because in Dolton, you'll find a second family! ❤️

An incredible experience! From the moment I arrived I felt very comfortable and part of the family This was very important for me, especially since it was my first volunteering experience For me, I loved being able to help as much as I could with the horses, the garden... while I was able to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Dolton. In general, Yolande and David have been very good hosts (worrying about my tastes, whether I was comfortable...) in the company of Bertie and Bailey I sincerely thank them for this great experience that I will never forget

I had a wonderful 4 weeks on the farm! Yolande & David are lovely people and you truly are treated like a member of the family. You are part of the local community and attend events weekly, while getting to know the locals. Tasks included caring for the horses in the mornings and afternoons and then doing varied jobs in die garden and house depending on what needed to be done. They were supportive and accommodating of your personal ventures, and it was all round just an amazing stay. I hope to see them again one day soon!

This was my first time travelling alone across the country and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Yolande and David are fascinating and heart-warming people, who truly care for their animals. They made it so easy to feel at home, as if I were truly a part of their family.
