I enjoyed my time here. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly. The work for me mostly consisted of laundry and helping at reception. The bar was under construction so there was no bartending tasks as I thought. It's in a fantastic location so perfect for exploring Lisboa. Overall a great experience :)

I really enjoyed my time in the hostel/rhino ! Everyone has amazing, I felt like a family there, Alex y Tiago were really nice , the rest of the staff (who I did spend more time with) treat me as a family, I did learn to coock thanks to Lucia who was so nice teaching me, tasks were really easy, (party was stopped for a while) anyways party zone is literally there, I did learn very useful stuff about hotels/hostels, administrative stuff and I would liked be able to spend more time there to learn even more, I would love too see all them in a next time ! THANKS!

Fue tan, tan agradable trabajar con Dara y Mauro. Es una verdadera bendición. El horario nos permitió explorar Lisboa durante el día y conocí a muchas personas increíbles fuera del albergue gracias a ello, por lo que estoy muy agradecido. Sin embargo, el estado de la cocina nos dificultó bastante cocinar. Y ojalá la supervisora hubiera tratado mejor a otro voluntario como voluntario, en lugar de como trabajador, mientras ella hace su mejor esfuerzo con el trabajo.

La ubicación del hostal es realmente agradable y las tareas son muy fáciles. Hay mucho tiempo libre para descubrir la ciudad. Dara es muy experimentada y Tiago nos ayudó a sentirnos bienvenidos. El resto del personal es súper amable. Creo que el hostal todavía está poniendo a punto algunas cosas, y llegué al inicio de una temporada más lenta con menos voluntarios, donde hubo momentos con muchos huéspedes y momentos con menos. Están pasando de reservar una habitación estándar a un hostal orientado a fiestas, así que no estaba listo cuando llegué; sin embargo, el personal fue increíblemente amable, y estoy emocionado de ver qué pasa a medida que crezcan en el futuro. I had a good experience volunteering here! originally i did think/was told it would be mostly reception and then a bit of bartending and housekeeping, but it was actually mostly doing laundry the 8 hour shift and then once finished, helping with reception tasks. this was also affected by the hostel being under construction at the time of my experience (so it may be different for you!). with that being said, the amount of work (32 hours) is as stated and doing the tasks is straightforward and easy. i also felt like the team was really kind and welcoming. the housing is also great/comfortable!

I had a great time at Rhino Party hostel, the location is great and central. You meet amazing people here and get very close to other volunteers, the staff, guests, and locals. The work was easy and simple, a bit boring at times as the party aspect is still a work in progress. But overall a good experience!

I had a great time volunteering here! The work was a little boring sometimes because there wasn't a lot to do, but the staff & other volunteers definitely made up for that:)) The location is also perfect and the work hours are very clear
