Es increible no saber como describir mi experiencia porque sencillamente supero todo para mi fue como estar en un hogar. Glyn es una persona carismatica, muy Linda y devertida, abierta a conversar contigo y disfrutar de esos momentos. Su casa es un lugar muy acogedor, se siente el calor de un hogar estando con ellos. Dan es espectacular y es muy agradable pasar tiempo con él y lo mejor de todo es que podrian pasar largos momentos charlando y pasandola genial. Y Pancho es el rey y Cuando lo conozcan lo amaran. Recomiendo esta experiencia 100%.

Solo me quedé dos semanas con Glyn y Dan, pero han sido unos anfitriones encantadores. Muy participativos y conversadores, pasé un tiempo estupendo con ellos. Principalmente hicimos algo de jardinería, lo cual fue exitoso. Me llevaron a salir el fin de semana o en mis últimos días, y me divertí mucho con ellos. Pancho es un perro tan adorable y mi estancia aún más enriquecedora. ¡Siempre volvería a ellos!

Desde el primer momento, su casa se sintió como un segundo hogar, lo que hizo que irse fuera increíblemente difícil.
Glyn y Danny son una pareja divertida y artística, con mentes abiertas moldeadas por muchas experiencias de vida, y hay mucho que aprender de ellos. Pancho (parece un perro, pero en realidad es un pequeño humano) te robará el corazón, y no tendrás más remedio que volver a Teignmouth para verlos de nuevo.
Las tareas fueron fáciles y manejables, y Glyn fue muy flexible con los horarios y los cambios.
Pintar el dormitorio fue agradable y enriquecedor.

This was my first time volunteering and I had a lovely experience! Both Glyn and Danny were very welcoming and made sure I felt at home :) The tasks were pretty simple, I mostly just helped around the house and did whatever little tasks needed to be done at the moment. Teignmouth is a lovely city and there's some really nice places to explore, Glyn gave me good tips on where to go on my free time! And of course can't forget Pancho, what a unique little dog, miss him already! Thank you for a great two weeks!

This was my second time travelling through Worldpackers and the first staying at someone's home, which may seem it intimidating, but it wasn't at all. Glyn and Dan are very welcoming and comfortable sharing their space with other people. Tasks were simple and manageable, and Teignmouth is beautiful and close to other small towns that are worth a visit. Overall, a really good experience. Thank you!

I'm very grateful for my stay with Glyn, Dan & Pancho. They were very generous and caring hosts who really made an effort to accomodate for me. I enjoyed the work I was helping them with & they were very grateful for my contribution which was nicely rewarding. I came to them when I was feeling a bit homesick in my travels & they were very conscious of my feelings & gave me space but also support when I needed it. They were also great at actively suggesting things I could do to fill my time, explore the local areas & meet new people if I so wished. Their profile description is very accurate.

It was an absolute pleasure staying with Glyn and Danny! Both were incredibly welcoming to their home, and were keen to help me explore Teignmouth and the surrounding areas! Teignmouth which seems small at first, offers lots to explore, with gorgeous art galleries, and lively pubs! And as the weather warms up, lots of beach to walk by and if you don't mind a chilly dip to swim in! The work is fair, and whilst occasional hard, if you are willing to put in the effort, Glyn and Danny make sure that in return you are well looked after, and have some really memorable days off!!

This was an amazing opportunity!! First off, Glyn & Dan were beyond fantastic!! Very loving and welcoming! As soon as I met them I knew I was going to love them! Second off!! The king of the house Pancho was the best! Once he warms up to you, he'll always want to be around you! He loves playing and being chased! He is the most handsome king in all of the land! The work was very easy and straightforward. I typically started work in the late morning and ended in early afternoon. Then you have the rest of the day! The beach is only about fifteen minutes walk. And tons of pubs! Highly recommend!

Dan thank you for teach me to play the guitar. Glyn thanks for the good meals and for the english lessons. Pancho became a good friend to me, thanks Pancho for dance with me the last day. 😂. I definitely enjoyed my stay with you. Glyn, Dan, Pancho, Teignmouth and the sea will be in my heart forever. My experience during the voluntary work was very rewarding, Glyn and Dan are very kind people who are always looking out for you and help you in any situation, the jobs are very rewarding, from general cleaning of the house, painting, varnishing, to taking care of the little dog Pancho who is very naughty and funny, Teignmouth is a small, quiet and pretty town with a lot of history, a perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and the daily life of an English family.
